DONT BUY!!!!! If anyone has any advice on how to resolve this issue it would greatly be appreciated! I cant express how upset I am to have lost our savings on a rip off, I am truly in tears! I tried emailing 2 different addresses about this situation and calling with no response! My husband is a very kind loving man who surprised me with a ring purchased from this company in St. Thomas. I had brought all paperwork and documentation to be appraised by a couple jewelers here in my own town who all had the same thing to say..We've been scammed! We paid almost $1,700.00 for a ring worth no more than MAYBE $600.00. Every single component of the ring was broken down for my husband and I from the worth of the gold, to the labor cost, and the amount and quality of the diamonds. As you can imagine we were incredibly upset and beside ourselves to find this out. We are good, hard-working people who do not deserve this! All I kindly wanted was to resolve this issue and receive the money back we are owed.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!! We bought a diamond from Omni Jewelers in St. Thomas and when we got home took it to get an appraisal. The paid appraisal was actually valued less than what was paid and several thousand less than their appraisal. The color and clarity are several grades less than what we were told we were buying and their appraisal. We tried contacting them several times with no response. Their website says the quality and value of their merchandise is guaranteed. This is an outright lie! There are over 100 jewelry stores in St. Thomas. Skip over Omni Jewelers and go to the next one to save yourself money, heartache and time!

Thank you Omni. Nicest people to deal with! My husband upgraded my wedding ring on a cruise to St Thomas and everyone there helped us and really helped us find something that made me very happy and in our price range.
