I love Kohls. You can get some really good deals. I got 2 pairs of shoes from the clearance rack, 1 pair of New Balance and 1 pair of Underarmor for $72. I check in here often on the sales racks cause you can find good stuff cheap lol.

Good place to shop, clean it's off from the other stores ,they still carry my special levy Strauss jeans that I love so much and they carry younger clothes for the younger generation

My wife and I arrived here after leaving JC Penny in the Richmond Centre. We arrived here and saw familiar face; a childhood friend of my daughters.

That's how it is in the central Ky area, getting use to who you might run into while out running errands. We were on the hunt for some clothing items for my teenage son who is very picky.

Overall the store was very clean and orderly unlike JC Penny where just left. The staff was very friendly and made eye contact. I tend to find more items to my liking in this store vs. the previously mentioned.

This store is located further away from the bulk of the other retailers in that it is on the bypass near Toyota South of Richmond.

I always find great deals at Kohl's. That is why I love to shop there. They have the name brand items. Great management within store, all departments eager to help. Thanks Kohl's for making my Christmas shopping so easy this year. Coupon's always help.😁

I do not like this Kohls. This Kohls is very poor with sizes and brands that it has it is not very big and doesn't have a larger selection.

I like their products, although it looks like they r discarding Jennifer Lopez's brand & bought a lot of her clothes. But biggest complaint is they charge u if something dies get broke. Ornament n bottom if cart got broke, only 6.99 buy charged me even though I spent 126..45, only store that has ever done that.

Always enjoy shopping here. Good quality and if you are a regular shopper and understand their coupon system Kohl's is very competitive.

Very nice store, employees are all very friendly ,extremely helpful even if not their Dept.! Was 1st time in a Kohls ever.taking mom n going back soon makeup makeover ! Yes they have a beauty consultant that will start to finish do your makeup showing you tips and what's best for you!!

It was very crowded with long linethey called for other people to open registers, which they did. However, when they got there they said, "I can take someone", instead of "I'll take who's NEXT in line." So the person who had barely waited at the end rudely was able to jump in front of others waiting way longer. And when pointed out the issue the cashier was rude.

I enjoy shopping here. The store is so big and spacious and there is a worker close when you need them and not in your face when you are just looking. They also have a wide variety of merchandise and their prices are equal to or cheaper than other stores.
