Awful service. We have been living in a township managed by this company and their service is awful. You never get a proper response. Snow cleaning is very poor and they never show up on time. Lawn maintenance is a joke. No matter how many emails you send and how many calls you make, their only response is “we will follow up” which obviously they never do. I have never seen such a horrible service. Funny thing is they say they have 5 start reviews on their website.
Wrote a maintenance question to Omega Property Management today, 2/20. Immediately received an automated response with a tracking number. Twenty minutes later got a written reply from staff. This is great service.
We are snowbirds. Omega cares for our subdivision in Plymouth, MN. I have had three direct interactions with them and each time they took care of the matter or sent a representative out to speak with me. Very satisfied with their attention toward property and owners.
God Awful Management Company. They do a terrible job keeping our HOA costs down, while simultaneously providing horrible service. It takes them days to respond to inquiries. Look elsewhere if considering using Omega and care about your members satisfaction.
My elderly mother owns a townhouse at Linden Place Villas managed by Omega. This company has caused her emotional upset for over a year now by not addressing her concerns about her yard. A large tree had been removed in June of 2021 which left a lot of deep indentations and exposed soil. Omega refused to fix it in 2021 and it still hasn't been fixed as of September 2022. To make matters worse Omega didn't turn on the sprinklers during a drought and now her lawn is likely damaged beyond repair. I am wondering what her HOA dues are actually being used for since they are clearly not going towards landscaping and lawn care on her property. Shame on this company for thinking that this is an acceptable way to run a business.
