The folks at Olympic Spine are fantastic. They actually take time to get to know you and listen to you when you have something to say. I highly recommend Dr. Shelley and his staff if you are having pain. They care and they want to help. Highly professional, yet a friendly and warm environment. The best move I ever made for my back health was coming here.

Repeated and regular treatment has been of great benefit and relief! Between a commute and a desk job, I'm very grateful for the spinal health maintenance. I started treatment to correct and prevent spinal alignment issues, and to proactively change my habits before they result in major debilitation. I'm noticeably more flexible now and appreciate the new pre-bedtime ritual of home care exercises to wind down from the day. Thanks to the team at Olympic Spine and Sports Therapy!

I had been rear-ended by an inattentive driver. I sustained multiple severe injuries which ijnvluded a TBI, whiplash, cervical spinal injuries and multiple lumbar spine and nerve injuries. Tgus far ]no treatment were working and I was having frequent thoughts of suicide. I heard one of the radio ads for Olympic Spine.

I immediately called and set up an appointment for the screening process to begin.

Although I have heard many tout their team approach to care. Until actually witnessing Dr Shellys team at Olympic Spine & Sports Therapy0, I didn't think it was much more than a marketing tool.

From the second I walked in, I felt if it were part of their family. Everyone treated me with an honest sympathy and empathy, truly caring about what was happening with me and my care.

Unfortunately, the conservative treatments were not successful. Knowing this Dr. Shelley referred me for further treatment.

If you want the absolute best care possible you should see the fantastic folks at Olympic Spine & Sports Therapy!+

I started with Olympic Spine & Sports with lower back pain, neck pain and food pain. From decompression to adjustments to Trigenics treatment I have improved so much. Staying consistent with my home exercises will be important. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have had many issues over the years with my back pain. Numbness in my legs and feet, shooting pains in my low back. Making it hard to work and play. Dr Shelly has been able to do a treatment plan that has always fixed my issues and the pain goes away totally. And I keep going every few weeks to keep all the pain away.

The doctors and therapists here are very professional and really know their stuff. However, I ran into a few problems within the first week of dealing with them. First, they don't do walk-ins. A lot of places don't, so that's not a huge deal. Second, I scheduled an appointment for 11 am. I came 10 minutes early with the paperwork they wanted me to fill out. I still had to wait there 50 minutes before the doctor took me back to examine me. I ended up missing an important appointment. Now, I thought maybe it was a busy day, this was excusable. I scheduled my next appointment for Thursday at 5:45 pm. I confirmed with the receptionist, put it down in my phone. I had to leave a very important seminar that I had already paid for early to make this appointment, but it was the only time they had available for that day and Friday. When I showed up, their system apparently showed that I had the appointment on Wednesday and that the doctor wouldn't be able to see me. The receptionist was very professional and apologetic about it, which is the only reason why this review isn't a one star.

Bottom line, professional staff, but if they can't get their time management down, then I will be taking my business elsewhere, especially with how much they charge.

On L&I. Supposed to be billed to them. They wanted to charge me for it. Doesn't work that way

The best choice you could make for your back. Left another chiropractor office that wasn't up to date on treatment methods. I started treatment here and I'm impressed with their expertise, compassion, and their love of their career. This chiropractor office is a team of professionals and very thorough.

Outstanding staff, procedures, technology, facility. After visiting several other doctors and major hospital conglomerates and being toldyou're just getting old, take MotrinI was losing hope. A friend recommended I see Dr. Shelley. His instant diagnosis, after taking key x-rays, immediately identified a structural problem I had for 50 years that numerous chiropractors and doctors had missed though it was plain to see. Go see Dr. Shelley and his staff. People are getting healed and improving their quality of life through his organization. I'm very grateful for all they have done.
