  WONDERFUL, Olympic Hardwood Flooring is simply wonderful!!
  I had lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring’s showroom and I knew I was in the right place and had hit the lottery.
  I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project.
  I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected, extra floor prep work was required the work was still completed on time, per the schedule and within budget.
  To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement…I’m ecstatic!! My house has been transformed into a home. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring, everyone there is terrific and it was the best decision I ever made!!

  I had Olympic remove a glued down wood floor and replace with a wide plank French oak engineered wood floor. They did an outstanding job - the floor is absolutely beautiful! They were timely, neat, thorough and payed great attention to detail and did a wonderful job. I got estimates from several top flooring companies in the valley and Olympic's estimate was the most detailed and very reasonable compared to all others. You won't go wrong with Olympicknowledgable, skilled and professional! Thanks again Rafal and team!

  I was ready to install hardwood in the bedrooms of my home and needed to match the existing flooring in the hall and living room. I searched for companies carrying that floor and was lucky to find Olympic Hardwood. After reading reviews, I called. Rafal answered my call on a Wednesday, and we discussed the job. That Friday he came by to check the color match of a sample box of flooring and take measurements. I got lucky again; the color matched perfectly. I had a quote that evening and they started work the following Monday, since they had a few days between jobs. Leo and Chris were 100% professional and polite, and their work is beautifully precise. Rafal stopped by daily to check progress and did a walk through after the job was done. The floor looks so beautiful, I didn't want to put the furniture back! And bonus: no more nasty, dust-attracting, allergy-irritating, dog hair collecting, beige carpet. Rafal and the folks at Olympic are trustworthy, thorough, professional, and polite, and I highly recommend them!

  Very pleased!! I am happy that we selected Olympic Flooring for the purchase and installation of our hardwood flooring. After checking two other businesses, I called Olympic Hardwood Flooring and yes, my call was returned within the hour-just like their website states! In fact, Rafal and his crew were on time, courteous and listened to our desires every step of the process. From showing us the showroom selection, measuring the areas and answering all of our questions promptly (even late evening) we felt like we were in good care. Rafal and the installers showed integrity and have pride in their work. They didn't "drop the ball" or ever "pass the buck." I am encouraging anyone who is searching for hardwood flooring to compare the variety, timeliness and service to Olympic Hardwood Flooring prior to putting any money down.

  I am so happy I came across Olympic Hardwood flooring during my search for luxury vinyl flooring. Olympic Hardwood offers first class, European, customer service. Rafal is very professional and knowledgeable about his products. I would highly recommend this company. Rafal is very patient and never pressured me into taking a decision. He always showed up on time and even called if he would run late. I am so happy with my new floors. Thanks Rafal. Couldn't have done it without you.
