  Good food and good service once seated. Before we got seated we sat for over an hour waiting. Granted we did meet a nice couple. There were people who came in after us without a reservation and got seated before us which was frustrating.

  Amazing service. It's olive Garden... Yea but it was the people that made it AWESOME. Always filling up cups without being asked and just amazing customer service experience! Thank you Maria! You did an awesome job serving us. It was such a treat since i live in Canada and there are no olive gardens there

  It was a long wait before we sat down. We absolutely loved our waitress. She was adorably friendly! I miss our old olive garden from our home town the food was more like the picture. Our salad was missing the black olives (which is my favorite) and the cream soup was very watery and not as thick as I'm used to. Still tasted good. If I were to visit again I would probably visit my last olive garden in milwaukee.

  We've always loved the Olive Garden! They have friendly service, call ahead seating, good atmosphere, delicious food at reasonable prices... especially for the large portion sizes... we always have leftovers, something for everyone. I don't know why this was, but when I was pregnant with my second son and on bed rest for the last 3 months, I had cravings for their pasta e fagole (not sure of spelling) soup! My husband thought I was crazy, but he'd still stop by to pick some up for me on his way home for work😊

  I picked up my TO GO order. I love how they wrapped each soup bowl so nothing would spill. They also went through my order in the bag to verify everything was correct. And the food was great! So easy to do.

  Went today, waited in lobby longer than the quoted wait time. We had a menu in the lobby and when we were finally seated we ordered right away. Still took almost 50 min. To get our order.
  Food was very good. Bread sticks tasted fresh baked.
  My pasta came out cold and when I told my server about it and asked for another plate (never ending pasta) she just looked at me, took it and walked away. Part of being a server is great customer service.
  My table also had about 30 coasters under the table legs to even it out. I can see this at BK or tbell but not from a sit down place like this.

  I absolutely love Olive garden!! I gave this location 4 stars because I went here on my birthday and they were really backed up, (which happens I know), but once we were seated our waitress took a very long time before we we're finally able to order.. The people behind us in line were done eating and left before we even got our food.

  The best Olive Garden I've ever been to. Dawn the manager really makes you feel at home. Fast, clean, excellent service. Servers are well trained and do a fantastic job. Will be back and would bring friends.

  Food is always consistently good. Not what you would call gourmet but tasty and familiar. Service was good with check out done from a small kiosk at your table which was convenient. They is almost always a wait here, so plan extra time for your meal.

  Have been to this place multiple times over the years. Regularly serves good food. Lately Olive garden has become "fast-food like". Ordering through a touch screen on your table instead of a server. Takes away from the dining experience a lot.

  DONT SIT IN THE BAR AREA IF A MIDDLE AGED MAN IS WORKING. We went here in the evening and decided to sit at a table in the bar. He goes "what? there weren't any tables or booths open in the dining room?" I found this to be extremely rude so we ended up sitting in the dining room. Food was good and our server in the dining room was very attentive.

  We ate here with a large group for a teacher get-together. The wait staff was excellent, our food came out quickly, and the restaurant was very accommodating to us. We called in the morning to reserve an area for our large group, and Olive Garden did a great job sectioning off an area so that we could socialize & eat together. Thank you, Olive Garden!

  I am 38 years old and this was my first time I have been to an Olive Garden. EVERYTHING was absolutely AMAZING!! My server Charlie was very informative and knowledgeable and kind and very attentive!! I Will definitely return to this establishment. Once again a huge thanks to Charlie for making my first visit, one to definitely remember!!

  I am often forced to go here by others who love it. I cook Italian food at home and this isn't very good. Sauces taste like something you'd buy at the store which leads me to believe that most are ready made instead of made in house. Portion sizes on most appetizers and entrées is on the small side. They also almost always make you wait for a table, even if there's one available. This creates an artificial wait that increases bar sales.
