It was clean but very outdated. The floor of the tub was dirty looking but it was clean. The dirt was ground in and won't come out. The heater was crazy. It would blow heat and warm the place up then it would blow cold and freeze you out. Didn't want to try the breakfast although I did have coffee which was good. They had cereal in generic plastic containers. I didn't want to try them.

Nothing Amish about this place. Not impressed. Shade missing from floor lamp. Spider webs in bathroom corner.. used tissue on floor beside bed. No exhaust fan in bathroom.. bed was comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean with beautiful furnishings. The bathrooms were clean and suitable. The only complaint I had was the continental breakfast. We went down at 845 am and all they had left was 1 bagel with mold in the middle of it and some dry cereal. Although the coffee was good and hot we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Small hotel. Good for one or two night stay. Room clean, bathroom could have used more cleaning. Price was low. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

This hotel is about what you would expect for a decent inexpensive hotel. The furnishings are dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offering, however, is pretty limited. If you are looking for a fancy hotel with lots of amenities, this is not the place to stay. If you are looking for a basic place to sleep, then it is a reasonable choice.

Friendly staff, nothing to much effort. Comfortable beds and clean (if dated) rooms. Excellent value and a good night's sleep assured. Lots of eating eithin walking distance, just avoid the RubyTuesday though.

The price was very reasonable (cheap), the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was quiet, & the parking was right outside the room. The location is just far enough from the highway to keep the noise level low. The staff was very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat that are popular with the locals. An oddity in the room was the alarm clock being plugged into a receptacle controlled by a light switch. We thought the clock was broken until we swapped where the clock and headboard lamps were plugged in. That silly bit is the closest thing to a negative I can think of. We go to Lancaster County for vacation every year and this is going to be our go-to place to stay.
