Spacious, clean rooms with a fridge and microwave for a great low price. Just be aware the "continental breakfast" is only a muffin and coffee. I would stay here again.

Very nice and super quiet (loved that) nothing fancy and that was fine with me. Staff was very friendly. I found nothing wrong at all bed was comfortable.5 stars

Smelly hallways. Tried to cover smell in room with sick sweet spray. Fortunately windows opened which helped. Air conditioning stopped during the night. Poor breakfast and nothing before 7:30

Nice clean place to spend the night. Nothing extravagant, but all the essentials. Price was right. Friendly, helpful employees. It was just what we were looking for. If you're looking for big and fancy, you might want to go somewhere else. We enjoyed our stay.

Best price in town. Decent, clean, comfortable motel. Basic but good. No problems. Shower pressure was low but found that in most hotels on my trip. Large room and there was a breakfast.

Stayed with wife and 3 daughters under 2. At first ordered the kingsized bedroom but was recommended the queen as it is larger. Very pleased with room and cleanliness of room. Complimentary coffee and muffin was offered to guests that was fine as well. Service staff was friendly and very accommodating for our needs. 4 stars due to the comfort of the pillows, only major complaint.

Location is decent, outside of downtown Lancaster and closer to Bird-in-Hand and other smorgasbord restaurants. Rooms are OK, nothing too great. My sheet had a cigarette burn in it but did not smell like cigarettes (I had a nonsmoking room) so I guess they reuse bed covers, but everything overall was clean. Service is OK too, didn't really interact with the staff too much. Worst part (for me at least) is that the continental breakfast is literally a coffee machine and 2 types of muffins, no bread or jam or butter or anything else. You might as well get food somewhere else, unless you don't eat breakfast. Overall, the stay wasn't horrible and the price was good, so 3 stars.

Nice comfy place to stay while visiting. Clean rooms centrally located to RT 30, Lincoln highway has lots of restaurants.
