Our favorite wine bar in Park City. The staff is nothing short of amazing. Great selection of blends and appetizers. OTC makes the blends in house. My personal favorites are the Mountain & Shirah (Shiraz) blends. I have visited a lot of vineyards and wine tastings in OR & WA, Old Time Cellars has nothing to be jealous about, their blends are impressive.

Great spot to meet friends before dinner on Main Street or to apres. The vibe is more sophisticated CA wine tasting room than rowdy beer bar and that's just right for our tastes. The charcuterie is a welcome addition to the experience. This is on the list for future fun.

My wife and I visited "Old Town Cellars" fall 2016. We were the only two guests for a wine tasting (which I had to pay for, and did not include the "expertly" paired chocolate). Owner was distant and didn't seem interested in holding a conversation. When I asked questions about blending, he would pour an ounce for my wife and I and walk off after explaining the "Name" of the blend. I enjoy the blends, character, and flavor of each wine. Five stars for great wine, minus three for atmosphere. Why does all the art on the wall have a price tag, you cheap bastard.

LOVE this place! Jason, the Operations Manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the work they are doing here! Park City needed a winery for sure. Incredible wines, the new Rosé coming out my favorite! Sample 5 wines or pop in for a glass of your favorite OTC💜. Highly recommend this experience in PC…and then take some home!! Can't wait to see how these guys evolve, good things coming.
