Great customer service. A very wide selection of coins. I feel thankful that Tucson has a shop with this level of experience and expertise. If you’re a collector then this is the place to visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This old man ripped me off. He took all my foreign bills and coins and gave me $7. The exchange rate alone was equal to over $150. He gave me no receipt. He lies to me telling me I would have to go to the bank in England to sell one and get the money even. He is a snake and I will not let this happen to some other poor unsuspecting person. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be posting on every single site, reporting you to the BBB until you are shut down!!!! Hope it was worth it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Are honest and fair. I have been dealing with them since I moved to Tucson 9 years ago and keep coming back. I would suggest them if you are buying or selling numismatic material. They have a big inventory and a lot of variety.

They were so nice to me and very informative about the coins I had. Very friendly service and just looking at all the history of the coins there was amazing also they have pocket watches too. I'm a huge fanatic for older watch and clocks. I highly recommend anyone to go there because they have a little of everything. I will definitely be a returning customer there. 😊

Came in to buy some gold. I was helped by an older gentlemen who was very nice and helpful. Upon picking out a few ounces of gold coin I was ready to pay. A younger guy comes up and says cash only. Although there are not any signs posted saying such a thing. He then told me that he would " lose money" if he let me pay debit. Even though they had a card reader.

Let's do some math really quick. $1284 for an oz of gold. They charge $75 on top of the standard price of gold. He stated there was a 3% transaction fee. That would be $38.52 if they really are getting hosed for 3%. Thats still a $36.48 net gain.

On top of them telling me that if they buy it back, it's at $75 less than the market value.

I'm missing the part where they would have lost money. I guess they want you to come in with an obnoxious amount of cash, or they would like to hold onto a check for 10 days while your money clears.

I have been going here to sell scrap gold for over a year and it used to be they have great offers ie. 80% of market value. Sadly things have changed. Now all they will offer is 60% of market value. Not even good ole Tom will gouge you for that amount. Unfortunately I will not be frequenting this establishment in the future.

I have been buying and selling my coins at Old Pueblo Coin for years now. The owners whom also work at the store are great guys always professional, very friendly and trustworthy. No other place in town has better prices on their premiums then Old Pueblo. Very glad to see that their business has expanded and is doing great. Their new store is very nice and fancy but still has that local down to earth feeling when you walk in and are greeted by such nice people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and prices for their precious metals needs.
