Not only is this a great price for a parking shuttle. The staff are amazing, super helpful and they go above and beyond. I was flying with myself and my 2 little girls. Francesco pulled up, told me to go ahead and get my girls in the vehicle it was to cold out he would take care of all our luggage. Then when we got back to the parking area he got us inside and loaded everything in our vehicle. once it was loaded they gave us our keys and we were on our way. I've never received any greater service elsewhere. I'd give this place 10 stars if it would let me.

Fantastic service!! I was a bit concerned by reading the reviews. I have to say they do everything they can to be prompt and provide a fantastic service. I know where I will be parking on our next trip!! And with the optional added bonus of having your vehicle detailed while you are away will be schedule next time as well!! Thank you!!

So impressed with this company. I'm a woman traveling solo, which makes me extra skeptical about situations. The entire place is run by burly guys, but they are all very respectful and professional. Especially since I dropped off and picked up after dark. The street it is located on is not very well lit, but the inside of the building is very well lit. The waiting room is super nice. Bathrooms were spotless. Pricing was very reasonable. And the shuttle made it so quick and easy to get to my gate. Drop off was a breeze. Pickup is in the bus area as opposed to the regular car pickup area-- that was the only slightly stressful part of the trip. But they were very quick to respond when I let them know I was ready for pickup.
My friend (also a solo traveling woman) referred me to this company. She had only good things to say about them.response / report this review -

Parked here when flying out of O'hare. Got dropped off at my terminal 10 minutes after I pulled into the garage. When I returned by myself, at 3am, they picked me up from the airport very quickly and made me feel safe as a woman traveling alone. When I got back to the garage, my car was pulled up and ready for me. They even warmed it up so I didn't have to deal with the cold. The late night shuttle driver was hilarious too. Real nice guy. Definitely made me feel safe and comfortable. Will definitely use them again. Way better than parking at the airport.

Our experience using River Street Parking was good from start to finish. Due to our flight time, we dropped our car off late at night, and they got us to the airport very promptly.
Upon our return, we did get confused about the pickup location (we were at the international terminal and didn't realize you needed to go to the lower level), but we were able to call and clear things up.
Our car was there for two weeks parked in the uncovered area; there were no issues, and it was ready for us when we got back. I managed to leave my coat somewhere in their facility, and the owner was very helpful in making arrangements to get it back to me!response / report this review -

Used this service when flying in June. Would have given it a much higher rating except that after we picked up our vehicle, we discovered the entire inside passenger side of the vehicle was soaked. Texted and called the company four times regarding this with no return call as promised. They told us to bring the vehicle back in (we live 4 hours away). They told us they would give a discount the next time we used their services (we hardly ever fly) or we could have that specific area of our car detailed (it had already been a week trying to get an answer from them as to what happened & what they were going to do about it so pretty pointless).

I guess you get what you pay for. Drop off was good, waited maybe 10 minutes to go to the airport. However, our pickup experience was horrible. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle and then waited another 10 minutes in the shuttle for more passengers to arrive. All in all it took us an hour to get to our car. Another couple with us had waited one hour and fifteen minutes to be picked up. I saw another shuttle service drive by us 3 times. They offered me some coupons and I made sure to let them know I would never use them again.

Cannot say enough good about this facility!!! Valet parking, pull up and they greet you at your car, move your luggage and take you straight to your gate. Pick up was a breeze. One text message, and they were there! No wait!! They have my business!!

Our car was safe here for two weeks using the covered parking. That is the only positive aspect of this experience. If you are considering using their shuttle service to be picked up from the airport, I would consider taking a cab or Uber. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle, and then when it finally arrived, we were informed the driver needed to go pick up more people from the domestic terminal. After 13 hours of flying, we didn't get to our car until 2 hours after our flight landed, and still had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. It added 2 hours to our already long day of traveling. Another couple we encountered had a very similar experience and were also upset. Not worth it.

This was way easier than I expected. Maybe I was lucky, but everything ran so smooth. The drivers really know how to drive, and were very courteous, we barely touched our luggage. Will use them next time we travel as a family.
