Wonderful campground. Miss Lynn is a wonderful person. She is the owner. Amazing sunsets. Friendly people. Keaton Beach is walking distance. We were right on the gulf. All around great experience. Nov- Jan.

Stay Nov. Dec, 2017,, wonderful place, close to everything, Ms Lynn is the sweetest lady you will ever meet, GREAT sun sets, some year rounders but great people one gave us fish that caught that day , pet friendly, wonderful rates. Several beaches close by, fishing everywhere. Planning to stay here next year!

This is a magnificent beautiful Mall Campground and a very small Beach however it has a playground for children enough white sand to lay out and enjoy the ocean it is on the flats not the side of the ocean where the waves are big so it looks more like a huge Lake the water is very calm it was clear blue water the restrooms however were terrible I walked in and turned and walked out they were filthy but the beach itself if you're in that area you should go and check it out however I would not make a special trip to go there !

We had a reservation in advance but when we got there no one was around to check us in. When we called the last days she had to leave to go pick up her granddaughter. The place looked junky. Lots of full timers living here so we moved on and stayed overnight at a near by Walmart

Stayed here for two days of scalloping. Very nice location and owner. Summer is kinda hot but a great stay!

Love this park, great place to get away, right on the water with a great deck to watch the sunset, A nice white sandy beach just down the road. Reserve early as it gets full. Will definitely go back. Feels like old Florida.
