Excellent sushi (lobster to die for!!), very good main courses (I had the filet twice!). I didn't care for their fried rice because it isn't made with short grain rice. Service is excellent. I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly!

The food was fantastic! I’ve eaten in several Japanese steakhouses, and none had better food. The price was VERY reasonable.
Ate here twice this week. Just ate in the regular dining room the first time and had yakisoba, which was quite good. The service was prompt and efficient, but many of the servers spoke little English (which is tough when you’re a waitress.) Second time we had the hibachi, which was great. The theatrics were much less in quantity and quality than other places I’ve been, but the chef was engaging and fun.response / report this review -

Unique place to eat for Pahrump. Enjoyed the food and pretty good sushi too. Servers were a little frazzled cuz it was busy, otherwise may have been full star rating.

The help sucks no English very unfriendly, and the food yes it's great but for the price and amount that is served , no thanks. When it first opened great not anymore I'll never go back and I have certificates to finish up how sad.

I was just at this restaurant, our chef was wonderful, but our waitress by the name of Larissa was awful. Every time I go there, which is once ever 2-3 months, she glares at myself, my boyfriend, and our son. Our son is a little baby. She always glares at us, and today she was absolutely disrespectful. She first didn’t answer me when I asked for a side of sushi, instead she just rolled her eyes and brought it eventually. Then at the end of the meal, she brought me the bill. It was a bit more than I had expected, since this is a ONCE in a while treat (I am not wealthy), I was not able to leave a tip. And after this waitress’ behavior, I didn’t feel she deserved one. So she took my card, and when she came back and saw I didn’t leave a tip, she said “no tip? why?” so I told her, “I just don’t have enough, we have the baby” and she rolled her eyes and me and angrily took the other people’s check. I am NOT required to leave a tip, Larissa was incredibly disrepesctul every time we go there and especially rude today. I ended up taking out the single dollar I had in my wallet, and asked the woman at the cash register to give it to her. Extremely disappointed.

The is no valid reason that a sushi spot in a Pahrump strip mall should be so good. Great tasting nigiri, amazing roll menu and great service. I wish I was here for more than a couple of days.

Took out a few rolls for a family lunch, we weren't impressed with the taste at all. If you love sushi, you might want to go somewhere else. Maybe I just wasn't lucky that day, so don't judge this place by my review alone; but you were warned.

I was part of a birthday celebration at the hibachi grill and the chef was such fun. The food was well prepared but the vegetables were overcooked. The service was excellent.

We had take out. I've also had sushi at lots of places around the world and this is not in the top 50 for me. Wasabi has NO strength, I can eat a mouthful. Sushi has NO taste at all. Soy sauce doesn't taste salty. And the rice is a bit wet. Like, do they even taste the food themselves?

This place has great food and a great dining experience. I've never been disappointed, whether I was ordering take-out or enjoying the hibachi grill experience. The chefs are fun, and the food is delicious. Definitely one of the top restaurants in town.

Good food and good service along with reasonable prices adds up to 5 stars in my book. Pretty much standard Japanese steak house playbook with soup, salad, vegetables and choices of protein. I had the filet of beef which was tender and cooked as wanted (rare). Also had the calamari which was a very tender steak diced on the grill. Over all excellent. Also have other Japanese dishes and Sushi.

The food and service has always been pretty good. I noticed that some of the special rolls on the menu have shrank a great deal though. They are easier to fit into your mouth but less food. I Looove the salad dressing and I heard they are now selling it by the bottle but it is expensive. Other than some of the changes I still like coming here.
