I have had a 2 wonderful experiences surgery etc very caring and attentive and I was not the best patient!! Will always go there if need ever arises.

I've been to the ER twice for life threatening emergencies and was taken right back and taken care of. It's the only hospital in the area thats equipped to take on traumas, strokes, and heart attacks. Thankful that we have a hospital at home that doesn't require a transfer.

Worst hospital I've ever been to. The nurse practitioner named jacob that examined me in the emergency room was not friendly at all and as soon as he told me I needed to get stuck with needles I let him know I have really bad anxiety for that stuff and he did nothing to help me with it so I had to end up leaving without any treatment after sitting there for a hour and a half. Thanks for nothing Ohio Health!!!

Dr. Mc Connell is the best! Her staff on the other hand is rude and incompetent. I was just told my issue with clostrophobic and having to have the brain MRI now asleep is an "on going problem" . So apparently I need to get over it so the office scheduling these procedures don't have to do what is suppose to be her job. She also complained that she had to reissue the order because it seemed I didn't keep my appointment, in fact the facility called and changed the appointment not me. I's so fed up with this office but I don't want to quit seeing Dr. Mc Connell. I wish she had a better office. It's very frustrating to call my doctor and be treated like I've done something wrong and to be reprimanded by the staff.

I'm 6 months pregnant, feel like I'm dying so I ask for some ice. They said that their ice machine has been broke for two days! What kind of hospital doesn't have ice ? Just a terrible experience, would not recommend!!
