Splash Harbor will not be able to honor any open swim day passes Thursday 3/28 through Sunday 3/31 due to Spring break season and peak occupancy. We will try to keep this updated through the Spring Break season. Our Quality Inn has a nice heated indoor pool that offers day swim passes as well for a nice pool escape. Call 419-886-7000. We are sorry for any inconvenience. HAPPY SPRING🌷🌷

Amish country is just a scenic 45 minute drive from Comfort Inn Splash Harbor. So much to see and do there. It makes a great day trip when you come to stay with us for a long weekend! The museum is a little further but worth the drive.

We booked our one night stay a few months ago. After further discussion we decided to do 2 nights and let our kids enjoy the indoor water facilities. We traveled 4.5 hrs on Friday after our kids got out of school. Upon checking in, around 8:15pm, we were very disappointed in finding out the entire pool area was closed for maintenance.

This hotel was picked specifically because of the indoor pool. We were headed to a college tour in Lima on Saturday but thought we'll stay just outside of that area. Had we known ahead of time that the pool was closed, we would have chosen another hotel for less money. I feel our room rate should have been adjusted for the inconvenience of not having the indoor pool and splash park available for us to use. I think my $100 per night could have been used better somewhere else.

Our room was clean and it was nice, breakfast was ok. Just disappointed about not being able to swim.

We just went 1/5/2018 this place is being updated new everything it’s very nice all new carpet and paint and tile throughout and new big elevator and they are redoing breakfast area , Room we were on 2nd floor 2 queen beds are nice clean comfortable beds plenty of pillows and was nice and warm and quiet, It was -12 degrees outside day we were here 80 degrees in water park water was warm very nice our 9yr old daughter had a blast, Breakfast was good waffles, eggs, sausage and all extras, We will definitely be back they are still remodeling some but was hardly noticeable to our stay the place is going to look grate when done, I gave them 5 Star as it’s looking grate remodeled and clean and warm and quite and great breakfast and nice friendly staff, Dinner was also grate at Der Dutchman next door, Grate getaway for parents/grandparents with children I would say 14 and under for water park.

Definitely worth it for younger kids. We just stayed in April with our 2yr old and he had a blast at the water park. It’s not huge like Kalahari or Great Wolf but it’s just the right size for little ones. Room was clean and quiet, although you can hear if someone is running down the hall upstairs. We did have an issue with the TV. The sound was terrible and the screen was fuzzy every 5-10 seconds. We called the front desk and they sent someone right away. He couldn’t fix it so he moved us across the hall to a new room. The tv issue was the same so I’m assuming it was a spectrum outage due to the storm. We would stay here again. We had a fun time.

We have went 3× an seems to be getting better an better. First time we went was alright us adults notice room wasnt the cleanest room but second & third time they personally called us to make sure our rooms was to our liking an what they can do to fix it if not. Chemicals are a bit strong but has improved since our first two visits. Our children loved the pool area including my niece. No complaints from them. Ha. The employees are always amazing to us an the kids. An the breakfast in the morning is great an the host is amazing. she gave us tricks on how to make our experience with her even easier. We of course will be back Next winter.

The pool is great for a close overnight getaway! The free breakfast in the morning was the best breakfast options we have ever had at any hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean the best were comfortable and the pool hours were great to allow for a lot of swimming time!

Chemicals were awful. 4 out of 6 kids i had with me have chemical burns. They are miserable. Very upset about the awful burns the kiddos got. Another little girl who was swimming had swollen eyes from the chemicals. I have a pool at home and my kids have never had this reaction to cholorine or any other chemicals we use. The kids only swam about 3 to 4 hours during our over night stay because of the chemicals.

On a positive note the hotel staff was very friendly. Had issues with our bed and it was fixed right away. The hotel was nice and clean.

This was our first time coming. The room was nice. Pool was neat for little kids. It was definitely a very busy Saturday. A lot of children running and screaming through the halls but that’s the parents fault not the hotel. We didn’t get much pool time because it was so full. For the most part it was a decent hotel. We will probably be back just during the week when it’s quieter.

Perfect place for kids to play! We were on our way home to PA from Indianapolis and found this the perfect place to stay. It was even a bit out of our way but it was so worth it! Our kids loved it and we did too. Perfect place for our kids to burn off energy from being cooped up in the car. There was plenty to keep them entertained and we could relax in the hot tub for adults while keeping an eye on them. Great breakfast as well. We would definitely stay again!

We spent Friday & Saturday nights here. The staff we encountered were very friendly & willing to answer questions about the area. The room looked to be newly updated & was clean. The pool area was very nice, our daughter loved it. We were fortunate in our timing of going to the pool & were the only ones there. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast with a selection of different items. Arcade area was a little expensive, but that didn't sway our opinion. Will definitely return in the future.

I think this place family friendly place, small indoor water park but I love it as I can watch all my kids. Rooms very clean no bad smells or weird smell as some hotels with water park smells. I think it's great for fast close to columbus gate a way . Not overpriced as big resorts so you pay what you get. Will visit again

Son and I were coming for Thanksgiving. The 19 year old checking us in was very accommodating and was a CF graduate. We are in Clear Fork country! Room was very clean. Heat worked well. We were placed away from the pool for quiet. My son is 14 so the pool was good for just the basketball part and hot tub with me. We slept well and checkout was easy. 4 stars only because no pool for older kids really.

We had an awesome time. Only suggestion I have is to fix the door next to room 135. Everytime someone came inside or out the door to the parking we could here it slam shut. Who wants to hear that all day and night? Nobody, fix the door so it doesn’t slam shut!!! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

We have stayed there several times and had an enjoyable experience every time. The pool area is great for kids of all ages. Our rooms have always been clean and the staff has always been helpful - including one time when I left my bathing suit behind and they gladly sent it to me. We live in Columbus and it's a great getaway on a long weekend.

It is not a water park. It’s a large pool with water toys and basketball hoops. Our kids 10 and under loved it. Pool gets crowded. We got the rooms for $89 only because we were part of a group. Breakfast was hot. Eggs are fried only. Make your own waffles.

The place isn't the cleanest. The whole pool are needs a serious power washing and the skimmer drains were all completely covered with hair. You can't see your feet in 3 ft of water because it's so cloudy. Maybe it had something to do with it being so busy with spring break and all but I was pretty diagusted. My 3 year old had fun but I wouldn't pay to go back. The Holiday Inn by Polaris has a much nicer, cleaner pool for $20 more.
