We decided to surprise my sister-in-law and her husband on their anniversary with a tropical theme arrangement. We chose “Ginger heart” and boy, were they ever surprised! Sent a photo and it looks just as described! We’re so pleased with the ease of ordering and the service provided by Ohana. They never disappoint! Love supporting local business too!

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!! We couldn't be happier :) Always welcoming, punctual, and professional! Will go out of their way to put a smile on their customers faces! Never been disappointed! We have never had a negative experience and we come here often. A fun and lively environment to hang out and just talk with the fabulous owners. Won't think about ever going to any other floral shop! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Dont ever order for any major holiday! I placed an order online the day prior to Valentines Day specifically at Ohana Creations in Carlsbad in hopes that they would deliver sometime in the morning or late afternoon to my husbands work also located in Carlsbad. Called twice in the morning to confirm delivery and the man who answered the phone confirmed it would be a morning delivery and no later than 3pm. 4pm rolls up and still no delivery or phone call. (my husband gets off work at 4) Called Ohana Creations and spoke to a catty woman who claims she is the 'owner'. Absolutely no sympathy and told me that I am not their only client on Valentines day & basically claimed I was lying about the man who told me it would be delivered by 3. My hubby totally missed the delivery which defeats the whole purpose of having flowers surprisingly delivered on VDay. Ohana also guaranteed a phone call when delivered which was the least they can do after that whole mess, at this point (the day AFTER VDay) I have no clue where the flowers are. I try to call and it goes to voice mail because they are conveniently not open. Will def stop payment on my credit card!
