  I have worked with Jeremy to roof our vacation rental house in Petit Jean Mountain. I was very impressed by the job and excellent customer service that we are called on Jeremy to quote our primary home. You will not be disappointed by this company. Jeremy is polite, friendly and always does just what he says he will do. This level of customer service is difficult to find these days.

  Jeremy is no longer there and I have asked to have them roof our personal home. Had one call about paperwork but 6 months later no word from them. I can no longer suggest this company based on their current customer service.

  I'm not a roofer but even I can tell that my roof isn't done correctly. The roof shouldnt sag like that. Also invoice included new gutter and gutter guard. They just tried to bend back the old gutter and left it hanging. Called and left msg requesting team come back to fix it correctly and got invoice instead. See pic below. Won't be paying invoice till this work is completed correctly.

  I used this company for my roof. I am very pleased with quality of the work they did. They are a really good and efficient company. I recomend them to anyone that needs work done on their roof!

  Excellent job done by AQ Roofing. Jeremy A. did a very good job of managing the project from initial inspection and quote to the end of the project. Had multiple quotes from other roofing companies in the NLR/Sherwood area, but went with AQ as they had the best quote and best value for the buck on what was included. Very happy with my roof. Would gladly recommend AQ any day of the week. Also had them install gutters at my residence. Excellent job with the gutters as well.

  I rarely write reviews like this; however, I was so impressed by the support and service provided by AQ Roofing, I felt compelled to do so. After discovering the multiple shortcuts taken by the builder of my home, I reached out to AQ Roofing for a roof inspection. Jeremy inspected my roof, took photos of the areas he recommended to repair, and offered a quote for the repairs. Thereafter, Jeremy was able to promptly schedule my roof repair (within 4 days of inspection). Jeremy, as well as his crew, were professional, responsive to my questions, and were able to complete the necessary roof repairs in a couple of hours. Their extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service, professionalism, and support should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. The actions of Jeremy and his crew have earned AQ Roofing a customer for life. I highly recommend AQ Roofing’s services!
