  Staff is compassionate and they know their clients. My cats were quick to be comfortable with everyone especially Dr Anna. That alone speaks volumes!!

  Shout out to this amazing office and staff!!! Brought my cat in for a check up and to get her all her shots. Every vet that I have brought my cat to before, had so much trouble with her and would run from them and hiss and the other offices basically made me feel like the worst pet mom. Not with this vet's office! For the first time, I was able to bring her home and she is acting completely normal and not hiding from me. The office was prepared for my cat to be completely psycho because I forewarned them about her past visits with other vets. But my cat was completely fine with them! I am seriously so amazed! Love love love this office and will not go anywhere else for my kitty needs

  I strongly disagree with the negative reviews. Having moved here from Pennsylvania where vets are very expensive, I find Ocean Isle Veterinary Hospital to be very reasonable in their charges. One of my dogs has severe skin allergies and is on Apoquel which, in my opinion, is a miracle drug. I do not think I am being overcharged for any of his medications. My dogs are so important to me I will pay whatever it costs to keep them well. It’s not always about the money. Other than a few reviews on Google, I have never heard anything negative about Ocean Isle Veterinary Hospital. God bless Ocean Isle Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Anna saved Liberty’s life and is the most compassionate vet I have ever met. I have complete confidence in Dr. Anna. She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. The hospital is clean. Everyone in the office is caring, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The vet techs are awesome. My dogs and I love Ocean Isle Veterinary Hospital. Thank you.

  Highest recommendation for this excellent Veterinary Practice. Kind, compassionate, and professional people - from Staff to Vet Techs to Dr. Anderson. Everything was explained extremely well. Very reasonable costs, too. So glad they were able to see my dog Happy on Memorial Day (2017). Many thanks for everything!

  Compassionate vet, they have always gone the extra mile to help our animals. Amazing how dedicated they are to their patients when they work such long hours for much less compensation than my family doctor. They are kind and attentive to us, keeping our animals happy and healthy!Thank you!
  
  Vets have to make money to pay staff, rent, meds, all the equipment that is ready for our pets. No one asks why the grocery store won't take split payments. Why would someone think the vet should be your personal bank? They accept credit cards, at a loss to themselves just to help you pay your bill. I think more clients need to accept personal responsibility for their sick pets and not expect the vet to care more than they do. Why should they drop everything to help your pet emergency if you are not a loyal client and leave hateful reviews? You vets rock! Thank you for all the wonderful things you do EVERY day to help our animals!

  I don't get the vibe that this practice has a main focus to help sick animals. I've been a patron for several years and decided to change vets. I realize we are all trying to make a living, but some thing isn't right here. While the staff are skilled, the aura is pretentious. Also, prepare yourself for the bill. Perhaps I'm not am not the demographic they wish to cater to..

  Wonderful facility. The staff is caring, friendly, cooperative and professional. The doctors are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and charges are reasonable. Our dogs LOVE Ocean Isle Vet Hospital!
