  We couldn't land because of a storm that parked itself over the airport. Had to go into Marion Cty and uber up to get our rental car at Ocala. Rebecca did us good! Made sure we had access to keys to rental. On our way out of Ocala I forgot a valuable in the rental. Rebecca again came to the rescue. Found it, packaged it, shipped it to me next day air. Bravo Zulu Rebecca!!
