We ordered fish and chips and received 4 inch chunks that were thick and not quite done in parts. We substituted small salads for fries. My salad was limp and the tomato was strange. My husband ordered one beer. The bill was $44.00. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Prices are on the high side compared to other establishments of this kind, but it's a tourist area. The burger I ordered was WELL done, I ordered medium. I also ordered a bacon cheese burger and received a hockey puck with a piece of kraft pepperjack cheese. My wife's view consisted of an employee sitting on a bar stool with a plumbers crack. All in all, eat here only if you want to pay a lot for bad food and marginal service.

Higher prices for the food and it was bland. Not impressive for the location. Expected more for the area.

Orderrd the Whitefish, it had tons of bones in it. Asked if it was always like that, they said bones are normal in it but I can give you another piece and see if it has less. Asked about the walleye, she said it also has bones. Tried to eat it, way too much bones and fishy flavor. Asked to speak to the manager, he said sorry nothing he could do. We will not be back. I have to say that the waitresses went above and beyond.

Tourist place for sure, staff was pretty slow and not very friendly. Food was alright, just not much of an atmosphere and is very clearly geared towards tourists

Just ate dinner there. Service was okay until the steak we ordered was missing the blue cheese on top. We suggested that he just take it off of our bill. He told us "i can't take that off of the order. I can't void the check. But i can bring you a cup of blue cheese." UmFirst i have never heard of "not being able to void the check and redoing it." SecondThe whole point of ordering the blue cheese was to have it melted on the steak. Third the cut of meat was aweful!! It was definitely not prime cut!! Very very disappointed! Won't be back!!

Very disappointed in the experience I received at this establishment. The blonde bartender with black glasses was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a guest driven establishment. At one point, we finally tried to get her attention in order to order a drink, since we had been there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement, she told us that she couldn't get us a beer; she had other customer's drinks to make. Finally, another short-haired female bartender came and greeted us asking if she could get us anything. We ordered our drinks and were appreciative of her service. The rude bartender came back and actually said, "I told them I couldn't get them a drink. They didn't like that answer!" I said to her, "Excuse me, we did not go AROUND you to order a drink. This woman asked us if she could help us!" The rude women rolled her eyes and continued to completely over serve the people at the bar next to us. They were clearly extremely intoxicated while the bartender continued to serve them shots and drinks! (completely illegal! That will get an establishment shut down!) If I ever decide to walk into O'Reilly's again, I WILL ABSOLUTELY WALK OUT IF I SEE THIS AWFUL WOMAN AGAIN! SHE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND NEEDS TO WORK SOMEWHERE THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO TALK TO GUESTS.
