Sit at the bar if you want to smell sewage while you wait for a beer and food. Just not a good experience sitting at the bar for dinner. If you want to hear the bar back talk to locals about how she has a kid and dodged the bullet on not being married to a low life, wait 5 minutes or more between beers, get splashed when a keg is replaced, no apology then this is your place.

Got in late. Had an enjoyable experience with an awesome waiter. He should open a professional school on how to be a server. Appetizers were hot when they arrived. Main entrees were hot and on the table before we finished our appetizer. Clean and welcoming to guests. This location rocked and should be used as a model for all locations.

I would have given 5 stars however our service was slow. Granted they were busy but we seemed near invisible for a while. The waitress realized this and did make stronger effort to serve us better. Good good, good atmosphere. The price was average for such a restaurant.

Food was OK, Nothing great. I would call it an upscale Bob Evans. The majority of the patrons were in 60 and over, if had to guess.
It was busy but the service was very good. Our waitress was fabulous!
It is a tastefully decorated and quaint place. If the food was more than just mediocre, it would be a great place.

Had chicken tender dinner..excellent service and great tasting chicken tenders..was not a fan of "Nashville hot" sauce, but other than that everything was awsome. Great experience!

Food was good but not excellent. Service was very good. O'Charley's in our past experience has been ponderously slow. My only complaint that the house salad I ordered had been refrigerated for some time and the tomato slices were breaking Dow. Obviously not freshly sliced.

My husband and I was deciding on where we should go to eat to celebrate out 25th Anniversary . Its been quiet sometime since we went to O'Charley's because of our past visits were not so pleasant. Today was perfect! The food was good. We got a table right away. Our server was GREAT! She was very respectful, kept our drinks refilled. she made sure we was well taken care of! Her name was BILLIE. Thank you so much Billie for taking such good care of us! And I really hope you get to see this! We will defiantly be back to see you again! I wish more people were like you! You can tell she really enjoys her job.

We love this O'Charleys restaurant. They're very friendly and the food is always good and served hot. Reasonably priced also. Who doesn't love free pie Wednesday.

This is a good old O'Charley's. The food is consistent Services consistent both good. Have a great happy hour special on appetizers and drinks hardly ever a wait time the prime rib is to die for blackened medium rare yum yum. I would recommend a 16-ounce cut over the other ones it just seems like you get a better prime rib that way.

Despite the day-after-Bonnaroo early dinner crowd, the food and service was outstanding. We were stopping on our way through and SO glad we did. The ribs were wonderful--not overcooked and not all bone. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. It was horrible. The server was loud and very inappropriate. The appetizer was over cooked, the steak was chewy, and the ribs were a disgrace. It took both of my hands and strength to pull the meat off the bone. Even the tea was horrible. Finally when we get our check they tried to charge us for an appetizer we didn't order. This was the worst meal ever. We should have went to Logan's.

Always know what to expect when I come here. Good food at affordable prices. Okay variety of beers. Would like to lager and IPA choices. But overall food is cooked to order and always done right. The French dip and cheese burger are my two favorite. And for Sunday brunch you have to try the chicken and waffles! However if you order a cheeseburger to go, me sure they don't wrap the patty in tin foil. The cheese sticks and becomes useless. Might of well just ordered a hamburger, bc the cheese melts to the tin foil.
