The staff at O'Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home were amazing. From the minute we walked in, we felt taken care of. At a time when you have no idea what to do, the staff here come alongside you and help you through. There was absolutely no pressure from them at all to use their services, even after they spent time with us and made phone calls on our behalf. We initially met with the owner and over the next week we worked with several other staff members due to the Christmas holiday and pre-scheduled time off by staff. We were told this was not typical, but it was seamless none-the-less. The staff worked through all the logistics we could not have managed on our own. They helped us plan the funeral and oversaw the entire process with such kindness and empathy. They answered calls any time we had questions and got us answers quickly. We were also super-impressed by their work with my father's body. He had taken a traumatic fall and had broken many bones in his face & neck as well as several lacerations on his face. He was severely swollen and bruised leading us to believe we would have to have a closed casket, but the work they did was amazing. My father looked absolutely normal. You will feel cared for and will not be disappointed if you chose this funeral home.

We selected O'Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home because they were close to Fox Run Senior Center, where my father recently passed away. All of my siblings and myself live out of town, so we needed local assistance. John O'Brien did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was prompt, compassionate, caring and careful with attention to detail. He made sure to communicate properly with our family members and with the church nearby where the memorial service was eventually held. He went above and beyond what we asked of him, all within very reasonable pricing. Never once did he try to "upsell" us on anything. He was always careful to make suggestions in a way that that helped improve the whole process, especially with the Celebration of Life memorial service. He was there when we needed him, and stood back out of the way when appropriate. I cannot thank him enough for his guidance and for the work that he and his team did behind the scene to make everything run smoothly. And, the checklists he provided to me during our first meeting became a reference tool that I used over and over, again. Thank you to this funeral home!

We weren't sure about anything after our young daughter passed away but O'Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home guided us through the process. They were extremely helpful and compassionate while we figured out the best way to celebrate our daughter.

Worked with O'Brien Sullivan for my Dad's funeral. Very helpful, asking questions and offering suggestions, since they have thankfully more funeral experience than I do. John Copley arranged military honors, they provided me with felt photo boards, everything was delivered completely and nicely presented. Day of the funeral, David Thomas was on site, handling every detail very unobtrusively. These guys are professionals and make everything so much easier. I worked with another funeral home in 2012 when my Mom passed and the difference in service was astounding.

I can not say enough nice things about this Funeral Home. John Copley the funeral director has gone above and beyond in every aspect. His kindness and support has made this sad time much easier to deal with. O’Brian-Sullivan has taken amazing care of both of my parents, and I could not be more grateful. Thank You!
