  Needed someone for same day service due to an urgent situation. I messaged the owner and he responded within 30 mins to my request. Him and a technician came to the house in a timely manner and helped me. I would HIGHLY recommend NTX Best Pest after my experience. They were both super friendly and professional! We will definitely be switching to this company after our current contract is up!

  Our technician was Phillip. He is very knowledgeable. He shares what he finds and shows you everything with an explanation. Walks around property with you and goes over things you can do to help prevent pests. We have been using this company for a few years. They are great. If you have any issues with a technician that comes out they will correct the issues and resend someone else out. Everyone is super nice and the company is professional. I recommend the company for sure and if he is available ask for Phillip

  PHILLIP W with NTX Best Pest Control was the service provider today. I am very happy with the service, he was professional and very thorough. I'm pleased all the way around - you will not be disappointed if you are looking for a pest control company. I recommend Phillip Wnice person.

  Exceptional products and customer service! Phillip was so pleasant . Very professional .Phillip W.explained all he was doing and answered all my questions. I have been a customer for 2 + years and would not use any other company!

  Chris was absolutely wonderful. The whole team is great but Chris is definitely who I will always ask for.
  The communication was on point, he was respectful of our home and animals (and the animals loved him too).
  I'm glad they were able to take care of our bug problem but if we ever need anything again we will only be calling NTX
