This is a temporary rating as the Norton is under serious construction and while there are a few galleries open, there are more than enough other things to do in Palm Beach. Once the new building, designed by Sir Norman Foster, is open, I'll review again. It's now Christmas, 2017. From what I hear, there's at least another year to go before the Museum re-opens.

Museum is under construction so it wasn't very good. Construction will be finished in 2019 and I will return then. It could be a good art museum when finished. Worth the wait I'm told.

Under construction. What you see is worth it(no charge now). Enjoy while you can. Hope they have reasonable entry fee when they re open. Museums in Florida tend to be overly priced.

Excellent Museum undergoing huge expansion. Great Art Deco sculptures and good European paintings, and an intriguing Chinese collection.
Not much world-class art like you might expect adjacent to Palm Beach though.

Kind of small. Great that it is free and open to public. But I can't wait for them to finish construction and expand their collection! I will be back then.

Museum itself is small, but the collections are very nice. The young men at the front desk provided a nice welcome. I particularly enjoyed the Asian artifacts room.

However, the guards were really creepy, closely following me and my husband around. In addition, some of the younger guards were talking very loudly and inappropriately to each other. Then, 15 minutes before closing, another guard came up to us and rudely told us that it was closing time, and stood behind us until we walked out of the door.

We enjoyed the art, but won't be back due to the unprofessional behavior of the guards.

It was a pretty good museum. Even it still under construction; the exhibition was pretty good. Once they open I believe they will be the biggest art museum in Florida.

Small but packed with amazing artifacts and artwork. Listened to a presentation on a beautiful Monet. Staff super friendly.

A small, but elegant museum. They have a variety of paintings. Nice cafeteria with great view. First Sats of the month are free for Palm Beach residents. Even have a Monet. Lots of educational activities.
