Wonderul atmosphere The whole staff is so nice I had no complications at all with my visits everything was done professionally and in a timely fashion also.. I definitely recommend this practice 5 stars hands down : )

I recently went to Baldwin Dental to have a tooth extracted. I have been terrified of going to the dentist since I was about 8 years old. The staff at Baldwin Dental put me at ease throughout the whole experience. Rachel, Jennifer, Jamie, and Dr. Waheed were all very professional and restored my faith in going back to the dentist. Thank you so much for all of your help, and I look forward to a long healthy relationship in the future.

This is actually Jessica Owens, David's wife. I had such a great experience with this dental place. I have an intense fear of the dentist office because of multiple bad experiences growing up. The girls at the desk, the nurses and doctorEVERYONE was so kind and sweet to me. I even had a mini panic attack; but the doctor and nurse took care of me and gave me time to compose myself. So grateful to have a dental place that is so caring! Y'all are the best!

Dr Waheed is a great dentist, however his staff can be very rude at times. I have been having issues the last couple months and missed some appointments that I was charged, and paid the 50 dollar fee for, and I understand that. Now that I made an appointment yesterday, my husband ended up having to work 16 hours and getting home at 11 am today. I called when they open to ask to change appointment, I'm at work and he shouldn't drive tired. The lady tells me there's a note on my account about not letting us change appointments and etc. Well that's rude, we work hard and pay all our bills and even fees for missing appointments, but they can't understand that circumstances can change without notice in life. So we will not be going to this dentist anymore solely because the staff he has, paying patients/customers should not be talked down to or treated so poorly.

I would give Baldwin Dental more stars if I could The staff was extremely courteous and professional! They listened to my concerns, and recommended what would be best for me! I have never been this happy with a dental staff Top quality!

First of all I'd like to say that the Dentist and the Hygienists were all courteous. The financial bookkeeper not so much.
I was told I needed a bridge (in order to fix a tooth that was missing due to the negligence of a previous dentist). I had two dental insurances and I told the ladies that were doing my estimate that I needed a firm price as I may not be able to afford it. Well, AFTER the two insurances paid I was told I would have to pay $500.00. I really could not afford that, but I agreed to it. I get the work done, then low and behold here comes a bill from the Baldwin Dental that tells me I owe an ADDITIONAL $500.00. I told them I did not have the money for that and that I would not have gotten that bridge done as I could barely scrape together the $500.00 and did not have another $500.00. They threatened me AND my husband (who had never been to this dentist) with collection agencies and bad reports on our credit reports. Constant harrassment. I paid it in full as soon as I could, but it caused a devastating financial situation for us at that time.
By the way, I asked if we could work something out since after all it was THEIR error that caused me to have to pay twice as much as I was told, they would not take one penny off the $500.00 extra dollars. A few weeks after this, I see they build a beautiful new building down the street a little ways. I don't mind anyone being successful, but when they are unwilling to help someone out even a little bit after I have had extensive work done there and thousands of my and my two insurance companies money, they could not have cared less about me, their patient.
And if all this were not bad enough, this bridge that cost me an arm and a leg is now loose. I don't trust them any more and now have to find another dentist which I hate doing.
So, BEWARE, this Dentist not only charges you way over what they tell you, their work SUCKS.response / report this review -

The only reason Baldwin Dental did not get a 5 star rating from me was due to the wait time. I arrived ten minutes early with all of my paperwork already completed. I then waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for xrays, and then waited about 15 more minutes after that for my cleaning appointment. This was my first visit to this office. I plan on giving them the benefit of the doubt that due to it being my first visit and the busy time of day (2:00OPM), this was a fluke. The hygienist and dentist were wonderful to work with and provided great service. Hopefully my next appointment won't take two hours. I plan on going back because the staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

I love the care that I get from Baldwin Dental. My dental hygienist is so kind and she does such a terrific job of taking care of my teeth. She is really good at what she does and makes certain that I am comfortable and not in pain. Dr. Waheed is very good at making certain that he answers all of the questions you have about you treatment plan. I have dealt with him for years with all of my family members and I am certain that he makes sure that my dental needs are met to their fullest and without the pain that I have experienced from other dentists. I am truly satisfied with the dental plan that Dr. Waheed has designed for me.

I started going here because my daughter goes to the pediatrician in the same building and thought I would try them out for my family. My daughter, who was 6 at the time, had never been to the dentist before and she was very nervous but the staff made her feel very comfortable and explained everything that was going to happen to put her at ease. Unfortunately she had to have a couple teeth pulled and that was pretty rough but because of their kindness and sensitivity toward my daughter she had no problem going back for her regular cleaning.
At a time when it could have been traumatizing and forever kept her from liking the dentist she went home and told me that she wants to be a dentist when she grows up.
As for me, I had to have a deep cleaning for periodontal disease and the staff was just as caring and amazing with me as they were with my daughter.
I totally recommend anyone of any age to visit with this wonderful staff.response / report this review -

They have always treated us like family. I was terrified of any dental work being done but their personalities really put you at ease. Their knowledge of their professional is amazing. We absolutely love the Dr and all his staff. Thanks
