I've been bringing my weens to Dr Herrick for 10 years now. Dr Herrick is the best! I trust the clinic whole heartedly and really know that they care and love my animals as if they were their own. They are also very kind, smart and explain everything clearly with options. I love Angela at the front desk, all the techs are fantastic, love them all!

I had my family dog (Jack) put down today. I couldn't have asked for a better place to take him. He will be missed. They made it so much more easy. And I could tell they cared. Thanks again to all that helped. God bless you all.

Dr Herrick will treat your pet as if it was his own. He is very caring. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would not take my dog to anyone else.

I transferred the care of my eight dogs to Northtowne Animal Clinic about 3-1/2 years ago. After 30+ years with a Columbus-area veterinary hospital it was a well-researched and thought out decision. One dog had cancer and several others had chronic health conditions requiring frequent continuing care. I wish I had transferred years earlier. Dr Herrick is an outstanding, thorough, compassionate vet who treats each of my dogs as if they were his own. His close and respected relationship with MedVet specialists affords my dogs the best care possible. His staff have gone above and beyond each and every time we see them. As clients of this clinic it is not possible for any of us to see the inter-office relationships. A sign of a well-run office is that we only see professional actions. But I realize, as a former human resources administrator, that sometimes difficult decisions need to be made to maintain a professional and respectful work atmosphere within the office. I have no doubt my dogs will continue to receive the same outstanding treatment from highly experienced (20+ years) and registered staff. I will continue to proudly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Dr Herrick is a great veterinarian. However I am completely devastated that Corinna was let go!! She is the best and only registered vet tech in the office!! She was so good with my dogs and they trust her. My animals have been clients there for almost 10 years but it makes it a little hard to want to go back after losing someone as professional and compassionate as Corinna. I think a huge mistake was made in letting her go and she needs to come back!!!!!!

Thought it was a great place.. until you let Corinna go. An employee with you for 10 years and this is how she is treated? We will never come back. Loyalty stays with the ones who are loyal to us. ..and that would be Corinna. Sad that after all her loyalty you can do that to her. The people bringing our pets in there only because Corinna was there will no longer be coming back. The biggest mistake you could have made

Dr. Herrick is wonderful, absolutely wonderful! I thoroughly trust him with my pets! However, a huge part of my love for Northtowne is Corinna! She is the sweetest, most caring and compassionate vet tech i have ever met! I got wind of her being let go! I have to say, I am very disappointed! I know several other people who bring their pets to your clinic! A huge part of the reason they love it there is because of Corinna! I think letting her go was a huge mistake!
