By far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! I had to have multiple wisdom teeth removed as well as molar extractions. The whole procedure was so quick and painless! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of dental work. Great people. 10/10

Went to see Dr. Simpson last week sometime to get a badly cracked tooth removed and after the X-rays we realized it was gonna be a troublesome tooth and my roots looked like fish hooks but he was able to perfectly do the extraction fast, easy, and painless. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend child or adult if you are looking for a dentist in fort smith go see Dr. Simpson. Him and his staff are the greatest and go above and beyond for their patients. My whole family (children and adults) are so pleased with the services we have received.

This dentist is the best I've been to. I have gone to many others in the River Valley. The front staff is courteous as well. My phobia is having a tooth extraction. Dr Simpson goes above and beyond to make sure you will have a pain free experience. When it comes to prices, he's got all other dentists beat too. Service, price, and attitude are very important when visiting a dentist. This office is always clean. Everything is up to date and brand new. I wish I could remember the dental assistants name who always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. I would mention her by name.

Dr. Simpson and his staff are truly great at what they do! They care about their clients and always have your best interest at heart. I was surprised at how skilled he is despite his young age for a dentist. I love that I can depend on him to give me the best dental advice for what I need. The location has been around for a while, but all the equipment has been updated making procedures faster and more efficient. And last but not least, they’re just friendly people! The whole staff is great!
