Don't waste your time in this place. I asked for purple/pink flowers. The bouquet was $30 so reasonably priced. I waited 15 min and the lady came back with wilted flowers and one wilted lilac rose turning brown. The leaves were turning brown, the flower petals also very thin and frail. The arrangement only had one rose and it was wilted, and a bunch of other small wilted flowers/leafs with missing petals. I asked the lady to exchange the rose, she did and added 4 red roses that looked fresh. But over all, with the exception of the 4 roses she added when I requested new roses, the arrangement was very sad looking and old. I would not pay $30 for 4 roses and a bunch of sorry looking flowers. The arrangement was for my sister in the hospital and she even noticed the petals were wilting and falling off. The people should have been upfront about the color options they had, cut their loses, and thrown away the wilted flowers, those were no good for customers.

Being the fact that I was away and not in The Valley I thought it would be a great idea and go local and order from this flower shop. Online the pictures look amazing so obviously that’s what I was expecting. I called when they opened and asked if they would be able to make an arrangement for me my budget was 100 dollars and I needed to be delivered. They assured me they would be able to and even gave me a time frame of 1-2 the latest. Which I said great. I asked for a balloon along with a card so my sister knew who it was coming from. Not only did they misspell my husbands name they literally just wrote in some random woman’s name, somehow misspelled my name and my sons name. Okay great. Also where was the balloon you ask ? I’m asking myself the same question because it was not even included after I paid for it. To top it off the arrangement I’m sorry but was tasteless nothing like the picture, I did not even get a courtesy call letting me know what flowers they had available or not, and to top it off I had to make my sister wait over an hour because they showed up to her job closer to 5:00 pm after I specifically gave them the instructions that my sister would be leaving her job at the school by 4. What upsets me the most is the fact that I paid almost 100 dollars for this so called arrangement and I would’ve had better luck at HEB and saved some money and the frustration. Do your research be careful who you order from. Never again! 👎🏻

Giving this place a 1 star review because I have to in order to leave a review. Very disappointed on the customer service, products, and overall experience. After all the trouble, I had with this floral shop, the worse part and cherry on top was that my bridal bouquet was literally falling part as I walked down the isle at my wedding. Please do not use this shop as your florist for your wedding. If you want a reliable and prepared florist to make the most important day of your life special, do not choose this one.
I paid off my order months in advance and a week before the wedding, I went to review the order thinking they had already had gotten a color match on the flowers. I ordered artificial bridesmaids bouquet and they didn’t even have those flowers in the store yet. When I was at the shop, I even paid extra to have my flowers in a cascade shape. Dumbest decision was giving them more money. I had already sent them inspiration photos when order was placed. I called to make sure that the flower shop would be open before I made the 2 hour drive. They were not open and after calling and messaging for 45 minutes, I was able to get ahold of the owner. She told me she’d be there at 4 pm. She did not show up until 4:50 pm. She didn’t even apologize. She did not have the color I wanted. The owner stated she would “try to get close” to the color I wanted. I was disappointed in the lack of preparation. The day of the wedding, my order arrived late. The corsages were missing the straps. And my bridesmaids bouquet only had 3 flowers. My bridal bouquet was so small, difficult to hold due to poor set up, and everything was literally falling out. I feel terrible having to leave this review but hope it helps the business learn from their mistakes.response / report this review -

Terrible! For Easter my daughter ordered me a flower arrangement, this florist sent a plant that they cut the flowers off and stuck 3 artificial flowers in the plant! It has been 3 days since I received the plant and it is dead already! Never heard of a florist doing something like that ever! It wasn’t cheap either, 56$

You will NOT be disappointed!! I ordered flowers this morning and they were delivered immediately and SO BEAUTIFUL and fresh and huge!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ♥️ absolutely GORGEOUS!!! They could not have been any more perfect and I am SUPER PICKY!! AGAIN, THANK YOU!! 🙏🏼
