Gorgeous and spacious home with great views!
This place is perfect for family reunions or group trips - I attended a wedding there and it was the perfect location for an intimate wedding weekend. Gorgeous and lots of space. The kitchen on the main floor has all the dishes and accessories you need. Outside there's a fire pit with some chairs, a hot tub. In the basement there's a large area with ping pong, air hockey, shuffle board, pool, and foosball.

Great place to stay with a large group. We stayed right after Christmas and had a great time. Beautiful views out over the bay. Did I mention the place is HUGE! It fit our group of around 60 people just fine.

We had our wedding on this property and it was by far the best weekend of our life so far. The property was amazing for our 50+ guests and everyone enjoyed their time with their own rooms and bathrooms and the amazing space. This location was conveniently close to a lot of shopping and only about 35 minutes to Traverse City. Melissa was so helpful as well, answering all of our questions along the way! Highly recommend for a large family or group trip!

Great place for a large family to celebrate Christmas. With 16 bedrooms just like a motel we sometimes have to double up. The large living room with a gas fireplace can seat 42 adults and children to open presents around the large Christmas tree 🎄. The kitchen has double of everything and plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. Just a great place to gather for us I think, for the last seven years.

Just be cautious when renting this property! We were led to believe almost a year in advance that the property was booked every week except for one in the summer of 2016. We quickly booked the property for a family reunion but then had to cancel just barely outside of our cancellation period. The management company would not refund our deposit and was NOT able to rebook the property for a ten month period prior to our booking date! We found out there were other weeks available during the summer of 2016 so not sure if they had cancelled too or if we were given bad information. In high demand .. I don't think so! I would avoid this property for the sole reason that they are very difficult to work with .. bye bye $10,000 deposit!!!

Wonderful facility to have a family function! The facility is flexible to entertain guests inside and outside. The amenities at the resort are amazing and clean. The kitchen easily accommodates everyone that is staying. There is really not any reason to need to leave the resort unless you want to take in the local affairs. Everyone in the family had a fantastic time and can not wait to come back in the future!
