I graduated earlier this year with a Bachelor's in EMB and MIN. NKU gave me an incredible college experience and I'm so lucky I was able to go here. The community is great, the staff are kind and helpful, and there's constantly all kinds of cool stuff going on if you know where to look. I constantly recommend NKU to my younger friends for a college choice! Norse up!

Northern Kentucky University is a public university in Highland Heights, Kentucky, United States. The university is primarily an undergraduate institution but also features graduate and liberal arts programs. Total enrollment at the university currently exceeds 14,000 students, with over 12,000 undergraduate students and nearly 2,000 graduate students. Northern Kentucky University is the third largest university, behind the University of Cincinnati and Miami University, of Greater Cincinnati's four large universities and the youngest of Kentucky's eight, although it joined the state system before the University of Louisville. Notable among the university's programs are the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and the College of Informatics, founded in 2006.

Nursing and Science programs are amazing and state of the art. Supportive and friendly professors who want students to succeed and pursue higher learning. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking about pursing a degree in nursing and or health sciences. Very pleased with undergraduate and graduate studies throughout my education at NKU.

Robert Dowdy, a staff member at this institution has engaged in venemous and incomprehensible attacks online against the victim of severe gender discrimination. Calling them crazy repeatedly for informing the public of a companies owners ties to groups that have gathered together to strategize on how to commit slander and defimation against the victim of severe child abuse rooted in gender discrimination. I will be releasing the words of him as well as documentation of the abuse this person was creating the boycott about. He has a very dangerous outlook on criminal activity and child abuse and has no business working in the educational field. Should he have decided not to resign within two weeks the information will be released to the students and informed of this man's chaotic anger problem and attacks against the victim of child abuse and gender discrimination. Robert Dowdy should no longer be allowed the privilege of effecting the lives of students as he stands against the exposition of those who engage in defimation to cover for serious child abuse.

Toured the place about 2 months ago and I enjoyed it! Everyone seemed so nice and one of the tour guides did a rap song at the end! The school itself was very clean and I really liked the informatics building. Definitely considering NKU.

The only experience I have is through the wnku radio station than soon to go off air cause you'd rather fund sports than local community radio.

My child has attended this school NKU going on the 3rd school year,only thing I have experienced about the school system is if your child gets any financial help for a dorm,the office staff will puts cash paying students applications in front of financial aid student's applications and that puts your child behind on getting the dorm they put in for to live in and that's not right @ all,I called to fix the problem with the main NKU manager and my child still did not get the one that was put in for but he did put my child in one that my child could be happy with,that is the only problem I see with the school other then that it's a super, super nice school and my child really likes it there because small classes,etc.

NKU is a thriving school! It has a well diverse group of students, great classes, and new and innovative facilities. In the past few years, NKU has gained many new buildings for the students and is continuing to grow.
