Taking a road trip cross country and we stop every 2 hours or so to let the kid run around. This is a great park about 2 hrs. East of Des Moines. Safe, clean, large walking area, great playground.

Beautiful park with things to do for all ages! Has a great event center available for rental. Walking path connects to Coral Ridge Mall. Several sheltered picnic tables and a pavilion line the water.

It's a beautiful, open park with a nice lake. There's a bike path that goes around and to the mall nearby, while also going around the lake. The playground offers a smaller structure for younger children, a large sandbox, and a bigger structure for older kids. There are swings in all sizes, a zipline, a pavilion with picnic table, and a lot of pokestops and gyms for any Pokémon Go players.

This place is very nice and beautiful. The lounge was a good place for parties and enjoying the moments. It needs a grill to be added at the backyard.

Nice park for walking or running but only when it is not dark out. I wish they had more lights along the path so you could walk there without any fear at night since it gets dark out quickly in winter time.

Nice park, lovely fountain, good fishing. Just wish there wasn't so much ick on the surface of the pond. Makes for a mess when you're reeling in.

Depending on where you are in the park, prepare for done noise from the fountains and the interstate. Makes it hard to hear the others you came with!
