Angie did my cheek fillers and it's only been a few hours, but I am ecstatic with the results! She was so honest about her own experience with enhancements, and even directed me away from a more expensive treatment to better accommodate my needs. I worry about finding new aesthetics professionals because it's your face that they're touching up, which is as personal as you can get. Angie did a miracle with adding even more symmetry to my face. If your on the darker complexion in regards to skin tone don't waste your time coming to the Kirkland location. I recently booked an appointment through the Everett location and when I arrived I was told that my skin complexion was too dark for the laser they had available at the office. Never was I asked about my skin tone before my appointment. There was no alternative I was just out of luck. I found it to be unprofessional and felt discriminated due to not being served for the appointment I had previously booked. my opinion the office should be prepared for all skin tones. so I was turned always with no service. A total waste of time considering I drove all the way from Tacoma.

I bought a Groupon deal for laser hair removal at North Creek and the experience was really good. The person who performs the treatment is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative thing was the front desk person who is outright rude and awful.

The esthetician that does hair removal was very knowledgeable about what worked for my skin type. My expectations were more than met for the hair i wanted gone. I once couldn't make an appointment and they were happy to fit me in as soon as i could make it. Thank you North Creek for being so flexible with appointments and having nice facilities!

The staff are very professional and pleasant to talk too. My appointments were never delayed or cancelled. I was provided with all of the necessary information before and after each appointment. The only problem I encountered was scheduling appointments. I would often have to book months out because they were very busy.

I worked with North Creek Medicine for a little over a year and always had a pleasant experience. The staff was flexible with my appointments and always nice to talk to. The attending medical staff were knowledgeable and punctual. I would definitely recommend using North Creek to anyone needing their services.
