Love service and Christmas spirit as usual.
Worst place ever so long lines. And stupid neeesss
This is the only department store i shop at. Nordstrom always gives there customers personal attention only the best quality and always friendly service i will continue you my business with Nordstrom for years to come thanks Nordstrom .
Customer service in this Nordstrom is nonexistent. I walked up to 2 different counters and it was highly visible no one wanted to work. Upstairs in the women clothing department, 2 Asian ladies behind the counter just kept speaking their language and ignored me for a good 40 seconds, then asked me to wait, then kept talking to each other for another minute, then ( with an attitude) asked me if I needed to return something to walk to the next counter. Never coming here again.
Nordstrom Santa Anita is the closest location to me. I specifically went to Nordstrom intending to try on and buy/order some shoes, but I guess my fiancé and I don't look like the "type of people" to buy from there since the associates let us walk around the shoe section for 20 mins without a simple "how are you" or "was there anything that you're shopping for?" And one associate approached us while I was trying on a display and asked "have you been helped already?" And I said NO and he said "OK COOL" and walked away. Seriously? One of the reasons why I'm upset is because I work in a shoe store and NOT ONCE do I let a customer enter the store without a greeting or without approaching them asking if they need help. There were literally 4 associates STANDING around NOT helping anyone and there was also 1 associate following around a middle aged white woman like a tail asking her if she's found what she's looking for. IF she would've asked me if she could help me find anything she would've gotten commission off of my purchase, BUT NO. Since I was dressed in leggings, flannel and nikes, I didn't receive any type of customer service. So thank you Nordstrom associates for your EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Future shoppers: make sure you look presentable, well dressed and look like you have money because that's how associates will determine if you'll receive customer service or you'll be ignored and given the cold shoulder.
Exceptional service. There's one young lady in particular in Mens department that is what customer service is all about. Aimee Kiyani (I hope I spelled her name right) is got to be the kindest person I have ever met.
Very personable and simply awesome!
Really great Nordstrom. The girls at the children department are so nice and know our name. It is the only anchor stores with quality clothing.
Such excellent service! Bryant Justin M, just have me the best service possible. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy! He didn't have to go out of his way for wrapping my little girls shoe but he saw it was in a hurry and ask him if there was a place inside the mall where I can get it gift wrap.. he took matters into his own hand and took care of it.. thanks !
Depending on what you're looking for, the prices are on the high side, but products are also on the higher end. The store is bright and clean. You don't feel cramped. It's easy to get to with parking entrances from both upstairs, downstairs, and the garage. The garage has been smelling like trash lately, and it isn't even that hot right now.
Nice bathrooms. More upscale than Macy's. Still, we will not shop in either stores. How big department stores still manage to survive is a big mystery to me.
Such excellent customer service and return policy, it's amazing. Things are a little more on the pricey side, but the quality is definitely there. I love the free gift boxes! Also, they can now scan your purchase on their smart phone anywhere in the store and then go bag it and bring it to you. Awesome!
