  Went to get a dress I had to get custom made for a bridal party tailored. The semesters was extremely rude. She kept insisting I go pick out a smaller size even though I repeatedly told her the dress was custom and was not in the store. All she would have had to do was take in at the back, normally a simple procedure for most tailors but kept whispering "impossible'" under her breath. I would have paid any amount of money to get this dress fixed since the wedding is a few weeks away and it is very important I am able to walk in it. She insisted it would be too expensive to fix when I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Never see this semesters if you need alterations.

  Always very nice service and employees. Food at both café and espresso bar are very good. Glad they pulled Trump products off their shelves several months ago. One of my favorite stores.

  Really no star would b better but anyway I bought a pair of shoes from Nordstrom I sat down 4 a min got up 4got the bag I came Back a sec later it was gone. I asked the customer service and they where like oh there is nothing we can do. EXTREMLY curt and not helpful at all dude there r cameras all over the store. they where like nope we can't do anything if someone returns it will give u a call like that's gonna help

  Favorite place, Nordstroms!
  Had a delightful make over @
  The Clinique counter. After
  I went to the Cafe and enjoyed
  A refreshing Pharo salad
  Consisting of grilled Salomon
  Spinach, carrots, corn, and
  Risotto. The cafe was cool,
  Immaculate and inviting.

  Nice selection of clothing and accessories, and friendly helpful staff. This location is well lit and easily accessed. And their ladies' bathroom is wonderful (great for nursing moms!).

  NEVER, BUT NEVER SHOULD A DEPARTMENT STORE CHAIN MAKE A STATEMENT OR BUSINESS MOVE THAT IS BLATANTLY POLITICAL AND/OR A DIRECT ATTACK ON THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or THE FAMILY OF!!!!!😠😠😠 Now it is okay for an executive of that company or Corporation to make a statement but not as a corporation itself. Plus I think it's extremely stupid to act this way when the president is going to make the environment that a corporation operates much better it's like shooting themselves in the foot!!!!
