My 2nd time at Noodles and Co. and it was a horrible experience again. I went at about 12:20 in the afternoon, waited 20 min to receive an order where the pasta was so cold it didn’t even melt the Parmesan cheese. Sauce had no flavor. Definitely not worth the money and won’t be going back. Thank you.

I love Noodles and Company, but the service at this restaurant has been consistently lacking. The building is almost always busier than the kitchen can handle, and wait times can be 20 minutes or more. On the bright side their silverware is usually clean and their servers are friendly. The cashiers could use more training as most seem unfamiliar with the register.

I eat Noodles semi frequently as its my favorite place to go for a quick bite. This one literally used to be the best of all in the Madison area, but whoever they have in the kitchen right now 1) doesn't give the slightest care and botches the food from burning it, to not adding much for veggies or worse yet paid for extra meat, to screwing up your order 2) Seriously they need to be retrained back there as the quality is so poor currently its a waste of time and money

The good was very good. Boss was yelling at employees in open ear shot. My window view was of a panhandler.

Decent noodles, but with artificial tasting sauces. Nice for a quick informal bite if you're in the area, but I wouldn't seek this place out.

First time. Korean noodles were a little wet, lots of beef though. Stroganoff "was good" but who eats that! Mac&Cheese was awesome! Great views from the top floor. Would give 5 stars but it was kind of dirty, stairs sticky and there was a smell of urine in the air.

I have been coming to this noodles for about 10 years. Last week, had an awesome experience there. I forgot my bag in the bathroom. Dale, a Shift supervisor, helped me out by securing it when I called. When I came back in to retrieve it, Shannon- the store manager- took time out of her busy day to personally assist me. I had a great conversation with her. The store is always neat and clean, and I always get my order fast, and its made right.

I have to say I am struck by the inviting atmosphere, and the professionalism of the management team here. Thanks for making a bad situation a lot better! I doubt many other fast food restaurants would have gone out with of their way to help me.

Pretty stand Noodles and Co experience. I do like that they have multiple dinning levels.

Neat place on State Street near the capitol. However, yesterday's visit was a major disappointment.

We ordered online and arrived before the time we requested so the food would be fresh and hot. Instead it was already done (much earlier than requested) and was lukewarm. Worse, one of us paid $2.79 for the braised pork with her noodle dish but received only two small pieces of pork in the entire dish. It was a complete ripoff to get two small bites of pork for the extra $$$ we were charged. Lastly, both of our dishes had very few veggies. I found only three small pieces of broccoli and just three shiitake mushrooms in my entire (lukewarm) dish.

Perfect place to eat by the capital! It has been the best noodles and company I've ever been too! The building is so unique!

9 times out of 10 it is great. Sometimes like tonight though they get pretty busy and stressed. Came into pickup an order, it wasn't ready so they have a separate back counter to wait at. 20 minutes later it still hadn't come out so they started the order again. Come to figure out the order had finished about 4 minutes after I got there but was sent to the front counter, not the one I was at. I got both the orders though so I can;t complain to much.
