My wife and I purchased a Nissan King Cab truck last year. I just can't say enough about the sales staff at Nissan of Keene. Kaitlyn and Tony were fantastic. We love our new truck!!! After having a horrible experience at a dealer in NYC this was a breath of fresh air! Had the vehicle I had been searching months for and completed a seamless transaction in 2 hours. Everyone was well informed, pleasant to work with and very little back and forth regarding end cost. Car was detailed as we did paperwork and they gave me a full tank of gas to send me on my way. Kaitlyn even sent me a thank you card! Would definitely do business here again.

Since moving to the monadnock region, Nissan of Keene has been the place for my family and I. Tony and the team are more than sales people, they are friends.

I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue and as usual the service was great. The process is quick and fair, and they went above and beyond to get the color I wanted.

And most importantly, my kids love the snacks and waiting area.

For more than 10 years now they have received my business and will continue to because of the level of service they provide. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with a smile on their face. No matter the situation, they strive to get you what you want and make sure you are happy. My family and I have been buying cars from Nissan of Keene for many years. We have always had really great customer service, positive buying experiences and many laughs. I just recently bought a Jeep that Nissan of Keene doesn't sell and I have found out just how special the customer service is. Nissan of Keene has a very positive and happy vibe and I am happy to recommend them to family and friends. Harry in customer service is so very helpful and I can't say enough good things about Tony P in the sales end. If a positive automobile experience is what you're after then Nissan of Keene would be the place. Now if only they sold Jeeps.

RJ did a fantastic job walking me through my purchase and helping figure out what worked best for me. A few months ago I purchased a new 2016 Deep Blue Metallic Nissan Sentra S with a 6-speed manual transmission. The customer service experience at Nissan of Keene that I had was like a breath of fresh air. Kaitlyn O'Malley understood my needs for a replacement vehicle (my 1998 Jeep Cherokee was getting maintenance happy) and the finance department was able to get me approved even with a few credit blemishes. For that,I'm very thankful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone.

After a few months of searching, communication with 10+ other Nissan Dealerships , and lots of emails- I traded in my 2013 Cube for a 2017 Sentra! Overall, the experience was great. Chris and Kaitlyn were very helpful and patient- they sincerely look out for the best interest of the customer (which is rare today). I would highly recommend this dealership to potential Nissan customers.

If you are looking for a car dealership where there is NO pressure from the sales team.and a team of professionals who actually listen to the customer, then work to find a vehicle that is a complete fit for the customer.and not what is best for the dealer.then don't bother checking out other dealerships, because the only place you find all that is at Nissan of Keene. My wife and I should know first hand.we had been to many other dealerships only to experience one thing or another that turned us off from wanting to by a car there.then that all change from the first visit to Nissan of Keene. We bought a Rogue there yesterday, but only after the sales team had worked patiently and diligently to find exactly what my wife wanted!

Thank you to Tony, Chris, and James..but most of all to Ben Smith, a salesman with class and compassion..rare for sure!! You guys hit the bull's-eye dead on center.and gained lifelong customers in us as well.
