Enjoy Nikki Beach establishments around the world. This was so so. Great music and good vibe just not a good experience for one. Made reservations via open table for one for lunch. Got there and there was no table. Sat me on a sofa with a bench made for drinks to have lunch. I had a couple of drinks and a snack to make the best of it but service was so slow in the baking sun that I decided it wasn't worth it to stay. This morning I received an email from Open Table because Nikki Beach reported me as a no show. Not surprised. They behaved as though I wasn't there.

Excellent experience!!! Service was GREAT!!! Food was on point, hot and fresh and we had a party of 8. I cant stress the customer service. I left my debit card there and a waitress found it and they held it for me as well. The professionalism alone makes me want to return. I see Nikki Beach often in my future :)

Clear water. White sand. Everything you could ask for at a beach. Definitely younger, more party crowd but as long as you're not a curmudgeon it won't bother you.

Let me start by saying that the ambiance of Nikki Beach is great. Now that I have the one good thing out of the way, I will start with the negatives. We were at Nikki Beach this past Sunday, which had I done a little more research, we would have chosen a different location for lunch since we aren't a fan of all you can eat buffets. The food was absolutely horrible and it costs $49.95 each before you add tax and the dreaded 20% gratuity. In my opinion, this 20% gratuity has made the whole of Miami's hospitality industry down right lazy. Good luck getting fast service at this place. We were there for 3 hours and our server came to the table a total of 5 times and that includes introducing himself and bringing the check. His service was definitely not worth a $22 tip. To top it all off, I had food poisoning that entire evening and night, which I'm still battling. I know it was from the food I ate their because I had only had a coffee for breakfast and had not been drinking. I'm sure it had something to do with the number of food items that are most likely not stored at the proper temperature, especially the items needing to be stored at cooler temperatures. I do see that many other reviewers have had positive experiences, but we found it to be generally dreadful.

Amazing place, lot of fun, beautiful girls. The beach is also great. Drinks are very expensive. I had beer only to know later that it was $10 each, $5 for a bottle of water.. beer was really cold and so the water (good quality). 20% tip included in your check

Nice and relaxing atmosphere at night. Had to wait for a table and after being seated had to wait for a waitress. It was a Saturday night and they were a little busy. Ate outside right by the beach. Drinks weren't too strong and food was pretty good. Prices were high but that's to be expected I guess.

HUGE and gorgeous venue. It is only a club on Sunday night. Cover is usually $20. Dress code is enforced. So don't come like a bum. Top floor is the pearl room with a bunch of headbangers. The ground floor is filled with top 40 music. Outside is super chill with tons of chairs and tables suited for hookah. It also has am entrance to their private beach. Parking is available but super expensive
