  Wish I could give negative stars. Don't trust these low lives. I got pulled over for expired tags that I forgot about. Cops had the car towed. I took every last thing that was in my car even my speakers and radio I put in. I took everything because I do not trust tow company since I was robbed from one a long time ago. The cop said if I do not give my key up that he would arrest me. Tow guy said I could come get it out after my court date on the next Monday only 2 days after pull over. I went to court today judge said I can get it. I go to get it and Nick's towing is trying to charge me $1500.00 for a tow and lot fees for for only 2 days. I told them I would be having my lawyer contact them. They threatened to beat the living hell out of me. Said if I came back without a lawyer that they would pull guns on me. Be careful of all the tow company here in the area. Do not trust one of them and do not trust the cops. They will not help you with anything with the tow company.

  Never calling these people again.
  
  I've had to deal with them twice. The first time they LOST (and I am repeating what I was told by Jodie.) my Toyota Camry when it was being repaired.
  
  A second time; tonight. I was stranded at work for 6 hours after my shift and Jodie said no one would come and get my car until late in the afternoon the next day. Apparently 24/7 doesn't mean 24/7. I will be taking further services elsewear. I highly recommend ASAP Towing in Steubenville. Ask for Nick. He's great.
  
  And heads up, stop allowing them to answer your company phone with a snarky "hello?!" It's bad enough I had to ASK if I called the right place thinking I dialed the number wrong, but was laughed at for doing so.

  Nick's did my body work from a Deer strike , excellent looking work almost didn't recognized my car It looked so good after the work , it looked to be detailed which I certainly didn't expect ! Each person I had direct contact with were freindly and courteous ! I had also asked that they replace a electric mirror at my expense while they were at it and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost !

  Nick's have the best equipment in the tri-state area for both towing and auto repair. Their quality of workmanship is spectacular! They have been in business for over 35 years. They also sell fabulous Used Cars. It's the only place I buy my cars!
