Our Prius suddenly lost power while on our way back home to Minnesota. AAA delivered the car to Robinson's and it was not immediately apparent what was wrong with the car as the codes were not giving back meaningful information. Joe, the Prius technician, kept working on it after hours until he discovered a dead fly in the MAF sensor. The best part was that he got the car up and running and then called me after hours to let me know that it was just this simple but unusual problem. Everyone there was helpful. Salesman Mike gave us a ride to our hotel as there were no rental cars available that evening in Wheeling. It was not fun to be stranded far from home but it turned out to be not so bad and we are grateful for the excellent service we received. A+++

Went to Robinson to complete my first purchase of a new car. Darnell and the staff couldn't have been more patient, understanding, and courteous to my family and myself. Questions and options were answered in easy to understand language.. everything was laid out in black and white, no confusion to be found.

Everyone that I dealt with at Jim Robinson was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Specifically Darnell. It was my first experience buying a new car, and he made it a virtually painless process and explained every step along the way. Highly recommend!

I'm in the market for a new truck. So while at The Highlands, I stopped by Robinson Toyota to look at Tacomas. My wife & I have owned 4 Tacomas in the past but they all came from Andretti Toyota in Pittsburgh because Andretti was always cheaper.
As I'm wondering around the lot on a cold afternoon, a salesman pokes his head out the door, "is there anything I can help u with?" I yelled back, "nah, just stay in ur nice office." Well, he does come out & I introduced myself & tell him I'm in the market for another Tacoma. I've owned 4 Tacomas but had to sell them back to Toyota due to the recall. The Toyota salesman asked, "what recall?" I kinda laughed as I said, "every Tacoma till 02 was recalled due to bad frames." The Toyota salesman said to me, "" I don't know anything about a recall & I don't care about a recall. If u want to talk about Harley Davidsons then I'm ur guy. I sold Harleys for a long time."
I told him to go back to Harley, walked away & will never go back to Robinson.response / report this review -

Dealership personnel are very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist with making a fantastic deal! The entire transaction went very quickly due to great communication prior to arrival. At no time did I feel that my wants and needs for this deal were treated with disregard. The entire staff was very respectful of me as the purchaser. Everything was either just as discussed or made to be just as discussed very quickly.
I have been purchasing from them for over 20 years. Every experience has been great, from the very first to the most recent. Would recommend them to any and every one!
