This place is beautiful. The inside fish are very friendly and will let you pet them. The light shows are beautiful. The swans are beautiful outside (Let's hope nobody will steal them again). Depending on the season they will have birds or butterflies inside. The whole family loves it. Be aware if you are not a resident the price to get inside goes up.

Very nice and inexpensive. Reduced rate for Veterans. Better to visit in summer as there is a huge area of roses. Most roses were dead as it is late October.

Beautiful environment and awesome to see such a variety of plants; however, it is very warm and humid so go prepared for warmth.

A gorgeous area alongside the river. Have been here a number of times - and always amazed at how beautiful it is. Recently saw the Bruce Munro light show here - amazing!!!! Beautiful lights at Christmas time too! A perfect place to stroll on summer nights or winter days. The conservatory is always a nice addition - water features inside make it very relaxing. A definite MUST if you're in the area!

It's nice to see that with all the bad news about Rockford, there is a nice place to take the family on a beautiful night. The staff was helpful and polite.

Grounds are beautiful and the current "art" display is awesome. Apparently the people the art is for are more important than the people who play Pokemon Go because they have shut down all the stops within the park. Nice I guess if you are in that part of society. I thought this park was for everyone.

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has a very friendly staff. We attended an event here and it was very well-organized. It was wonderful.

We have been here twice now. The staff is friendly the conservatory is lovely and we enjoyed both the Orchid and Butterfly exhibits. Will go back again and again.

Great place for family fun! Love the different exhibits through the year. Staff is always friendly. This is one of our favorite places to spend time.

Nice in the winter for skating outside on the Lagoon. Also beautiful around the Xmas holiday with the trees all lit up.

A great recent addition to the Rockford Park District. Nice and warm in the middle of winter and very relaxing. Skating for free at the lagoon, weather permitting.

Visited this conservatory while in town visiting friends. It's a super cute little place and the way they light it up at night in the winter is pretty great. It's not super big but it's a nice way to spend an hour. When all of the palms grow in fully it will be a really great place.
