  They were very helpful and patient while we were trying to get ourselves together and rent the car for a few days (it were having one of those days). When I called in to extend my rental they were very polite but unable to use a different card to pay but they had no problem letting me keep it longer. My major complaint is when i returned the car the guys just took the key and left me standing there for a while before returning and giving me a receipt. If I ever need a car again I will def. see if they have a location where I am at.

  I needed to rent a car for the day in order to attend a thesis defense in another state. I arrived early in the morning, and it took only a few minutes to get the car. They gave me a really nice economy car, with accoutrements such as an iPod headphone jack and USB jack, and cruise control. The ride was very comfortable, and I had the car back in the evening. It was easy enough to drop the key in the slot and return home. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

  Horrible and very unhelpful people. I was 3 min late and was inside the store and was told they could not rent out now since I was 3 min late and was ask to return next morning for car pick up. Fair enough. I went next morning, when paper work was completed and I was about to sign I saw 98$ for 2 days when I had actually booked the car for 72$ for 3 days. I was not told of price change and I said they could not give me for weekend special because I was late by 3 mins. No courtesy at all. Would never go to them ever.

  I made a reservation for a cargo van well in advanced for 8:00 AM one morning, I recieved a call at 7:30 AM stating that they didnt have a cargo van available, and that all nearby locations didnt have them either, I was told the nearest location with a cargo van would be 1 hour away. They said they could try and transfer the cargo van to there location but it would take up to 3 hours. I needed the van to haul things in the morning because I have other things to do later on in the day. Customer service sucks here, they don't try and offer any discounts or anything, I would recommend you look somewhere else.
