  My husband & I needed a better SUV to travel in so we started shopping online for one we both liked. We looked on Newton Nissan's website to see if they had the model we liked and found one! We drove to the dealership in town...immediately got waited on by a super nice guy that was very helpfulhelpful. We managed to get a great deal financing the vehicle and drove off the lot that night with it !! Their patience and helpful staff was greatly appreciated . I would definitely recommend them to anyone !!!

  At Newton Nissan South they always treat you with respect and offer great hometown services at services and affordable prices. Our service advisor Scott is great and the service manager there is too! We bought our Nissan Quest there and the main reason we come back for our service work is the entire staff there and how they treat their clients. Keep rocking it out Newton!

  I have bought quite a few vehicles in my 61 years of life, however I can honestly say that this was the smoothest, easiest deals I have been involved with. Our salesman Devin Brady was very knowledgeable on the 2018 Nissan Frontier. He was very professional in showing us the truck and pointing out not only the awesome features of the truck but emphasized the safety features. He answered all of our questions & made sure we understood everything we needed to about the truck. When it came time to discuss pricing, in no way did we ever feel pressured. Our options were explained to us by Devin & His sales manager. When the deal was "done" Devin made sure our truck was clean & had a full tank of gas. As you may notice, I would Highly recommend Newton Nissan South & their great salesman, Devin Brady!!

  I would recommend to anyone to take the extra drive to Newton Nissan. No one can beat their customer service. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with smiling faces. They make you feel like you are their only customer. The extras that they do such as hand washing your vehicle, to the bottle of cold water waiting for you in your car keep you wanting to come back for service and in the future to purchase a vehicle. Scott was my customer service advisor and he made sure that everything was done right. I would also like to thank the service team for their hard work and returning my car to me in better condition than when I went in.

  I went in to get a oil change for my car and spoke to Matt about just looking at a car. He was very nice and down to earth and was really easy to talk to. He never pressured me to buy and was really laid back. I told him what I could possibly do and they made every effort to make it happen and in the end they nailed it. They got me a fantastic rate and an unbelievable price and vehicle. I will do all future business through Newton Nissan and so should everyone else.

  I bought a New 2017 Altima, there was a chip in the paint under the clearcoat and I took it up to them to have it fixed. They had someone that comes on site and works on the paint issues. He "fixed" the spot and made a bigger mess out of it. I have taken the car 3 times to them to have the issue fixed, but each time the car came back worse than it went in. I have contacted corporate and currently using a different Nissan Dealership to correct the problem, they also found that the body shop that Newton Nissan used broke my windshield when they moved the trim to attempt to fix the paint issue. So now I have to have the car basically repainted and the windshield replaced.. When I called up at Newton Nissan South, they wouldn't answer my calls or return them, I used a different phone to contact them and they answered not knowing that it was me on the phone, and Lynn Buchanan practically accused me of sabotaging the car. When it was in fact the neglect of the dealership trying to cut corners. Makes me wish I just kept my Prius that I traded in. Or just went and bought a Chevy, which is what I grew up with.

  I live in Atlanta, Georgia and travel a great deal for business. I was recently in the Shelbyville, Tennessee area and needed a crucial repair on my vehicle. I contacted Newton Nissan South and made an appointment for the same day. The quality of service I received was REMARKABLE - and that is an understatement! I have owned a variety of vehicles - from Toyotas to Mercedes - and dealt with a great many dealerships over the decades; my experience with Newton Nissan South was the highest quality service I've EVER received anywhere.
  
  From the moment I pulled up in the service drive a service advisor attended to me. They were warm, respectful and took down pertinent details without making me feel grilled. My service advisor looked me in the eye and smiled! He let me know exactly what to expect and then did exactly what he said he'd do, keeping me informed throughout the process.
  
  A porter immediately transferred my briefcase and other business materials to another vehicle and drove me to my client's office. Again, without being intrusive, he was gracious and highly respectful. He carried my briefcase and other items into my client's office for me and thanked me for my business. Incredible!!
  
  Once the repairs were complete, I was notified and the service advisor offered to pick me up. When I arrived my car was washed and vacuumed! They offered to transfer all of my things back into my car.
  
  Checking out was quick and easy, and the bill was exactly what they had told me it would be. Everyone I came in contact with - from the service advisor, to the porter, to the cashier - was warm, welcoming and respectful. They made the experience pleasurable and painless. They respected me and my time. I was treated in a manner that said they valued my business, and me as a person.
  
  In summary, the service at Newton Nissan is beyond 5-star. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

  WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! The people here are worthless crooks. The way you treat your potential buyers is despicable. I will NEVER buy a car from you after the way you treated my family who drove all the way there from Ga after you promised them a car and sold it out from underneath them. DISGUSTING WORTHLESS DEALERSHIP!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

  I worked with Trent and Jim they were exceptional. I was never pressured to buy something I didn't want or even shown anything other than what inquired about. I love my 2017 Nissan Altima. Thank you so much Newton Nissan.

  Went to Newton Nissan to find a car for my youngest daughter and talked to Liz Barnes she hooked me up with a nice car that i could afford. She was very nice and knowledgeable and I drove home with a nice 2014 Sentra. My oldest daughter liked what i had gotten we went back the next day and spoke with Jessica Newcomb and well walked out with a 2013 Altama. Two cars in two days. The sales people and staff all made us feel at home and very welcome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks guys and look forward to seeing you when I bring them in for there services.

  Nate at Newton Nissan in Shelbyville Tn was absolutely an awesome person to deal with!! i advise everyone to go to him.   This was the best experience we have ever had. Went in to trade in our car and left with two. Our sales representative Nate was amazing and went above and beyond to make us happy. I have never been in a dealership that did this and it was a great experience to have. Thank you Newton Nissan South!

  Jessica was awesome! She helped me find a really great car at an affordable price. It is exactly what I wanted. She even caught me outside before leaving and helped me set up bluetooth on my vehicle. She has been very sweet and pleasant the entire experience. I would definitely recommend car shopping at Newton Nissan South in Shelbyville.
