  Sold me a used tired with a broken belt! With no returns! I feel very cheated, as I know little of tires, but once I got it home, (not driven on btw) I looked at it and noticed the dent on wheel wall that's a tell tale sign of a broken belt. I then put it on and confirmed with a wicked wobble that YES, it had a broken belt already. So PAUL there, who has done this half his life, must have known too, and sold it to me anyway. Enjoy the $25, pig.
