They worked us in even when they had no appointments so we wouldn't have to go through the weekend with no air conditioning. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver was courteous.

Had a flat tire, they said they patched it and it was good to go. Next day after work, completely flat. Went somewhere else and they said there is no patch in tire and the problem was sealer on the rim. Thanks for stealing my $20 for your "labor". I will tell anyone needing car service to stay clear of you now.

I've been there many times in the last 5 years for various services. First off they are very friendly. They listen carefully to what you are describing about what you need done. They are very fair with their pricing, and they are very honest. I trust them in every area 100%. You will never get better service anywhere else.

Becks was not interested in helping me. I walked in, mentioned my muffler is dragging , that my dad had been a customer for years and I just wanted advice for my safety and my vehicle safety. They provided neither and sent me on my way dragging my muffler. They could have earned my business today by simply addressing my concerns, asking questions and have a customer centric mindset. I would not recommend stopping in, theyre too busy for you.

Took my vehicle to Beck Automotive on a Thursday afternoon to have my front driver side tire repaired (small leak). They told me if it continued to leak to bring it back. The next day I observed the tire was still leaking, so I took it back. They fixed the tire (another small leak was found) for free and gave me a coupon for a free oil change.

I was very impressed with their willingness to fix my problem correctly and urgently. Their staff was very professional. I highly recommend Beck Automotive to everyone! Thank you Beck Automotive! :-)

Although my car had highly rated tires on it, I was having trouble with the rear of the car loosing traction while turning or accelerating up a grade even at moderate speeds. Becks researched tire compounds and gave me a choice of what might work best for my specific type car. I bought a pair from them and problem solved. The car handles great now rain, snow or shine. I have been a Beck's customer since they started their business and you won't find more knowledgeable helpful or trustworthy Auto Repair

I've been coming to Beck for several years and would highly recommend them. They are honest, fair and friendly. They always do a great job and their services are reasonably priced. They will give you a lift home AND pick you up when your car is finished!

As a tourist passing through the area, I noticed on the freeway that a rear wheel bearing was going out. We had to make an unscheduled stop and spend the night at Quality Inn. The next day I arrived at Becks at 8. They put 2 or 3 guys on the job and I was out of there by 9:30, all for only $320! The service was professional and prompt. Many thanks. :)
