  I contacted 4 construction companies to do brownstone repairs, mesh and thorough coat stucco on brick and cement repairs. Only 2 of the 4 provided a written estimate. Sammy of New York Masonry provided a clear and thorough estimate. He is very responsive by email, text and phone. Their prices are very reasonable and their workmanship is excellent. They started the job on time, stayed on budget and finished the work in a timely manner. They work very cleanly and are diligent about cleaning up when the job is done. I highly recommend New York Masonry and plan to call them for a future project

  In all the work, their attention to detail produced tangible results. Practical, aesthetic, and financial considerations were helped by good advice of Sammy. Considering the size of the project, there were very few final touch-ups.
  New York Masonry's cost was reasonable, affordable and therefore do-able, and we will gladly hire New York Masonry again.

  They were excellent communicators throughout the process -- Sammy would frequently be on-site or come to the building to check in with us about progress and how we are feeling. If they needed to make any adjustments to the process or color to match the building's stone, they did so. The whole process including scaffolding was done in record time. I would recommend New York Masonry to anyone who needs work done on their buildings.

  They were on the job every day as promised and they actually finished prior to the projected completion date. They were careful to protect our household items, and when finished they did a great job cleaning up the work area. Lastly, we felt the fee charged for these repairs was very reasonable as compared to another estimate we received. Hands down I would absolutely recommend New York Masonry as I found them to be extremely professional, fair-minded and honest in their approach, and their quality of work is superior.

  New York Masonry is an excellent contractor that went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. They do great work and truly care about making the client happy. Sammy and his team were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
