  Dan Beeks has been my attorney for over 7 years now. As the highs and lows of life affect the custody battlefield, Dan has continued to fight along side me to ensure I continue to have 50% custody of my daughter. The whole office has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding the family court process and continue to meet important timelines. Dan is easy to talk to and can paint an outcome for any situation that may present itself. As eager as I am to finally meet the day I no longer need an attorney, I find comfort in having this office working in my corner.

  My father's 81 years old, n wad married to my mother for 40 some years. My mother was stealing from my father, they were already legally separated, in AZ. We now live in Cheyenne, WY. My father stayed w me and my husband and son. She had him served w in a few months after leaving him in Wy. Point being she wanted more money, from my dad,, who took care of her all there time together. As he got served, I watched my father start to deteriorate more and more. I called looking fir an aggressive attorney, who would stick up for my dad, since she was truly trying to rip him off. I called n explaining the situation at hand, living in WY, n helping my 81 year old father get thru this most difficult time of his life, I got exactly what we needed. Mr. Dan Beeks, represented my father, he was very aggressive, told us exactly what to expect. He helped my father get away from a monster of a wife. The judge even ordered my mother to pay fot for his court n filing fees. They are very professional, being that everything was online, court appearances, etc. I never felt like I didn't know what was going to happen.   Bishop Law was amazing on all fronts. Going through a difficult divorce, with a great deal of unnecessary drama, Dan and team provided essential experience to guide me through this from a legal and financial perspective with a clear eye on the emotional aspects. This helped ensure my children were kept on the highest priority, while making certain we came out of such a dramatic life event financially healthy and positioned to quickly heal. The entire team were exceptional and the options/approaches were presented clearly with an awareness of a team that has clearly developed a massive and valuable set of experiences needed to navigate a very complex and emotionally charged life changing event.   I hired Dan Beeks from Bishop Law Office to represent me during my divorce. Dan (and the rest of his team - Jessica & Carolyn) did an excellent job representing me and always responded quickly to my questions. He was extremely helpful in representing me in the mediation I had with my ex-wife. His goal was always to represent me and my interests first, while also being considerate of keeping the costs down and also helped me reach a final settlement with my ex-wife without having to go back to mediation a second time. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone seeking an attorney to represent them in a divorce.
