I used this parking garage for overnight parking. It cost 75$ for a truck. What the person parking my car neglected to tell me was I cannot get my car out until 11am. There are no signs posted that say this. I had to walk around the pereminter of the garage until I found a security guard that had answers. It looks like I'm stranded in Miami for the next 2 hours.

Terrible, there are no signs outside with working ours, and the were claiming they open at 11am while the guy working came at 11:35. Park at your own risk!

When you park they tell you that if you don't pick-up the car before evening close you have to wait until the next day. What they don't tell you is that they are closed on weekends. Went to pick my car up Saturday and it was locked up tight. Happened to encounter "one of the owners" who told us they were closed and he didn't know how to operate the elevator, so we had to wait til Monday. We were charged the daily fee for the two days the car was held hostage. When we did get the car back on Monday, our "emergency" cash stash was gone. If you have a choice avoid this place.
