Disgusting business. Overcharges, even for things with clearly written prices. When I was there, customers were berating them for their dishonesty.

This place is great! They closed all the Staples stores downtown so I found this lovely store that has friendly staff and is packed with all kinds of office, study, and craft supplies.

Very helpfull. Went here to buy a fountain pen and ink today. They have plenty of models in stock, and took the time to get me the right one. Customer service beyond what I expected. Not the largest store, but they've got plenty of office supplies available.
Also a great place to find NY postcards, that are a bit different from the "typical" ones.response / report this review -

I'm in shock at how these people conduct business. I've had horrible experiences here as well as friends of mine. They have terrible customer service, follow you around the store and give you such a strong feeling of not being wanted in their store. I felt as if they were disgusted by my presence when I was simply a regular customer like everyone else. I will never spend another dollar there and would give negative stars if I could!
