My husband is buried here and the staff is really kind and thoughtful. I had come to visit from FL and lost my scarf at the graveside and they found it and sent it to me despite pouring rain and high winds. They actually laid it out to dry and folded it up nicely and wouldn’t even accept any payment for sending it out. I was so distraught when I realized I had dropped it there b/c it’s the scarf I always wear when I visit him

Everyone connected with this cemetery is a despicable, uncaring person whose first response to any query is anger and intimidation. They charge outrageous fees for services that are hard to prove and make sure that they "get theirs" upfront. Had my family not purchased a large plat many years ago I would have nothing to do with this awful place who take advantage of those who are already suffering a great loss. I wonder how they sleep at night???-and wonder how they will feel when the tables are turned.

My immediate family members are buried there, as are other family members.
I have found the staff to be incredibly rude and uncaring.
Despite the fact that my contacts with them for burials and care for the graves took place well into the 21st century, they refuse to use modern communication methods like e-mails. Notice that the website is not interactive; the "contact us" does not list last names, an e-mail address for general inquiries, or other information: no price list for graves is provided; one has to open a PDF file to get the price for perpetual care. One expects more in 2016.
In an age where credit cards, apps and on-line payments are used for everything from $2.00 items to cars, notice that the cemetery only accepts payments by checks: no bank transfers, no credit cards . I once wanted to pay for the entire cost of something in one check. I was rudely told "That's NOT how we do it! We'll send you an invoice every month for two years, until it's paid off." (!!)
Nor do they care for the site well. I have pictures of paths -- and even some graves -- with litter on them, which obviously hadn't been removed for some time.
In short, the barest minimum of services are provided. People may be dying to get in there, but don't expect the living family members or friends to be treated with any kind of compassion or respect, much less minimum courtesy.response / report this review -

The navigation grounds map provided on their website is not very helpful. This cemetery needs to make it simpler to find a grave site.
