I Was Here recently for a meeting of a local photo Club so I can't speak much about the facility itself. I was there once many many years ago and I remember that the people were very helpful and they had nice walking trails. I can't say what the condition of the trails are right now because I was there at night. But I would like to go back there during the day and see what they have to offer

As a novice birder back in Jan. 1994, I sited two magnificent birds, the Pileated Woodpecker and the Barred Owl. It was a wonderful experience at the sanctuary.

Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary is beautiful with scenic trails and a very knowledgable staff! The nature store has unique products and the binoculars section is the largest I have seen!
